Our regular Thursday night eatery had no parking spots, so we headed to the next town. I believe it used to be the Train Stop, but hadn't been there in a few years. There was one parking spot -- which I took be a good omen. And I was right! First came a good-sized margarita, which was perfectly made. Then... More

We tried lunch here after visiting Clinton, headed to Framingham. The space is an airy and attractive bar and grill with very friendly wait staff. Unfortunately the food didn't live up to the appearance. There were about 5 people at the bar and 2 tables of lunch customers around 1pm on a Saturday. The corn chowder had the makings and... More

I have eaten at this restaurant since it opened. The quality of the food and the service have continued to be excellent. They have a typical pub menu but they do it well. The fish dished are always top notch. The atmosphere is fun and friendly. I always enjoy my visits and I hope you do also.

Great veggie burgers! We came for the atmosphere, but did not expect one of the best veggie burgers I have had (the black bean version--my partner had the other veggie burger and loved it). Good fries came with. Nice interior. Wood wood wood--feels good to me! Near the railroad tracks (hence the name). Friendly service. Our friends had fish and... More

Not sure what is going on with this place, but it definitely is not as good as it used to be! My last review of the Flat Penny was over a year and a half ago. Seeing as I gave it such a glowing review then, I thought it only fair to write about my last visit. I use TripAdvisor... More

The place is very clean and comfortable. The seafood is excellent, very fresh...good fish and chips. The other food is up and down but we stick to the basics and we keep coming back.

Nice interior. All wood decor making it a little noisy. Friendly service, good food served hot. Handicap accessible.

Recently I decided to give this bar & grill a try. I went there with a good friend, and we were rather surprised at the prices, but decided to give it a try. He order the beef tips with a side of butternut squash. I ordered a plain hamburger (most of them were $12.95!) with mayo, tomato, and lettuce. Also... More

Loved the atmosphere! We went on a Sunday afternoon and as we were seated there was an Irish fiddler group that began to play. It was very relaxing. The staff was very friendly. My friend ordered her burger medium well and it came out more like medium rare. She sent it back and the outside came back charred but the... More

My 8 year old son had a raw hamburger, in which a new one took almost 20 minutes. The wife and I waited to eat with him, good thing she had a fair quality club sandwich, don't know how you screw that up but they did. I had the worst baked stuffed fish that anyone could serve, it was the... More
