I have only eaten here twice. Neither time was I really that impressed. The last time I went, my haddock was dry and overcooked. The place is not that clean either. The other food very well may be good, but I would avoid the haddock.

Prices are very very high . The soft serve came out half melted . Didn't find the high school staff to be interested in helping you much . We will not be coming back

They use the same tasteless batter on the clams as they do on the onion rings. I could be starving to death and I wouldn't go back.

When I want good seafood close to home We shoot over to the Rosewood. Driving by from the outside you might think this place is just a take out Ice Cream joint. But it's much more the fried seafood has been solid everytime we go. This time my wife had the fried shrimp plate which has plenty to share. The... More

Stopped in for dinner at this seasonally-open restaurant to try some whole clams and lobster roll. The place is clean and attractive but the food is dIsappointing to say the least. One word describes the clams, lobster and onion rings - tasteless. Only the tartar sauce gave flavor to the clams, the mayonnaise on the lobster was minimal and tasteless... More

My wife and I decided to take a ride on a beautiful late afternoon and find an old fashioned burger and clam "joint". Well we found just what we wanted plus we were nice surprised by the quality of the seafood. I passed on the burger when I saw the fish and chips being served to a couple at the... More

I was visiting my sister in law and said I'd love to have some fried clams. Her husband said we'll go to Rosewood, you'll love it. Well I didn't. They were overcooked and that's the worst thing you can do to a majestic soft shell clam. I've eaten clams all over New England and these were the worst I've ever... More

All food is good, establishment very clean. Year after year a good place for fried food. Onion rings as good as it gets.

We dropped in during the week for lobster rolls. They now they serve them either the traditional way or with melted butted instead. These are served with chips. The sandwiches are a pretty good size and really stuffed with lobster. We ordered them with 2 orders of onion rings. A large and a medium. Mistake! We could have easily shared... More
