FlatbreadCompany is always a mainstay when I'm traveling in this area. Delicious food, fun and inventive drinks, with locally sourced ingredients. They have a hippy-type vibe. But they do seem to live by their principals as well. Eating in can result in a long wait during the week as they often run fundraisers for local charities. I avoid the lines... More

Delicious flatbread pizza! Wide assortment of pizzas which were so yummy sounding it was hard to just pick one. Local ingredients and organic products are heavily featured. As well as a large assortment of locally brewed beer. Service was great, super friendly and great recommendations made. Was really happy with my meal here.

This is a funky restaurant featuring salad, flatbread pizza, and desserts. They have an entertaining array of beer and ale and offer some unusual cocktails. They use all organic products and offer vegetarian and vegan options. The pizza flavors are robust and there are some interesting combinations. Their brownie sundae and gingerbread are out of this world. It can get... More

When we're in the mood for something a bit different, we take the family over to Flatbread Pizza in Bedford. They offer a family-friendly (and civic-minded) organic food, locally grown. Even the beers are local. The decor reminds me of a hunting lodge - lots of wood, high ceilings, fire roaring, and odd decorations. Check out the ceiling lights. While... More

I was in a hurry and order the hamburg pizza. When it came it was...mustard, ketchup and pickles. uh oh. But..it was delicious! Interesting decor and friendly staff.

The pizza is good. Although huge, the flatness means it's not as filling as it looks. Consider one of their salads - they have very nice, fresh vegetables. It's a big, open place and can get loud. Good for kids.

I went to Flatbread with a business group of about 12 people. We ordered about 6 large flatbreads to share along with a sampling of the deserts. The flatbreads were fantastic! Super tasty, tons of variety and very tempting to keep sampling. We ordered too many for our group, but it was nice as two locals took some home. Other... More

Flatbread keeps its menu simple by serving only salads, flatbreads, and a few desserts. You won't find anything else. Flatbread proudly buys from local farmers for its ingredients, like eggs, cheese, meats. I like thin-crusted, wood-oven-baked pizza with no red sauce. My favorite is the cheese & herb, though I like other pies as well, including the daily specials. We... More

Flatbread is not quiet intimate dining but is our favorite place for family get togethers. We have the usual combination of vegetarian/carnivore/food allergies to deal with. We have found that Flatbread has something for everyone to love.. The staff is accommodating..pizza toppings are fresh, can seem "creative" but are always delicious. The emphasis is on fresh. it is very kid friendly... More
