I come here all the time for Banh Mi, which are Vietnamese sandwiches. The ones I order are all the grilled meat sandwiches, chicken, pork, beef. They are spectacular! The crunchy bread, the marinated meat and the veggies. I've tried them elsewhere, but think these are the best I've had. They also have a full service menu which includes Pho... More

I think (?) this restaurant has gone through multiple ownership changes. A few years ago when we first discovered it, the menu was extensive and the food quite good. Then it steadily declined and barely had anything more than sandwiches. Now it seems to be on the upswing again with a full menu. We've been twice recently and were happy... More

We were in the neighborhood and just walked around until we found something that looked good. Saigonese more than delivered. In addition to an entire section of $3 bahn mi, they had a full menu of all your Vietnamese favorites. For $14, the sampler appetizer was a bargain: shrimp toast, curry fried chicken, goi cuon, fresh spring rolls, and slices... More

6 banh mi for $15 on fresh bread- need I say more? Really excellent. Well worth a stop. No atmosphere. Service is fine, but value is tremendous.

I've eaten here many times. Their flavors are perfect! Very flavorful but not spicy. They have a good variety on the menu. Atmosphere is basic. Friendly staff.

Admittedly, this review is more about me than the restaurant, but here goes. I grew up in Wheaton, and I left (40 years ago) a town famous for Pop's pizza, and the original Jerry's Sub Shop. There was Hot Shoppes, Little Tavern, and a single chinese restaurant, Wah Que. Now, there are numerous Central American places, which I like, and... More

We love going here for their vietnamese sandwiches. The grilled chicken and pork are my favorites. My wife likes the meatball sandich and the combo which includes some pate and other meats. If you buy five, you get one free. The price for each sandwich is very reasonable, somewhere around three dollars per sandwich or so.

I was double-charged during my recent visit. The food is decent, but don't trust them with your card. At the very least, use a real credit card (not a debit card with Visa/MC), so you can contest their false charges.

Distrust this restaurant when using your credit card. They overcharged my credit card by increasing the tip Certainly, will never return

WONDERFUL selection of vegetarian Vietnamese dishes. I especially love the sour soup with pineapple. NONE of their vegetarian dishes are made with fish sauce or come with fish sauce on the side, which is rare. I usually have to ask for it to be left out. I highly recommend them.
