We were visiting family in Westminster in the middle of a cross-country driving vacation. After being on the road for 2 weeks we wanted something more than the usual fast-food breakfast. My sister (the local) suggested Baugher's. It is certainly convenient to the Best Western where we were staying. It was just what I wanted in a breakfast place. The... More

We've been going here for close to 30 years and have rarely been disappointed. This is truly a local business and frequented by many longtime regulars. For good reason! The rolls that come with the meal are unequaled in softness and just a touch sweet. They are homemade right there and you can tell. Little clouds of yeasty heaven. The... More

Recently I felt the need to celebrate a success. How better to do that than to go to Baughers for a Sundae. Do you know what a "Dusty Road" Sundae is? Well they do at Baughers. I sat at the counter, ordered and anticipated the moment I could dig into a long time favorite. That Sundae was absolutely delicious and... More

When we are hungry for great food and delicious homemade desserts, we'll drive the extra mile and visit Baugher's. Their restaurant opened in the 1940's and they are typically quite busy. Very generous portions and delicious sides (you choose your side from a long list.) Certainly "comfort food" is available (ie: hot roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes.) Breakfast is... More

We've been here twice with various members of the family in the past month. Service is excellent, with the waitress checking back several times on the food and to see if we needed anything. Portions are large. Milkshakes are not cheap, but they are made from real ice cream and milk and taste delicious. Desserts are large, homemade and very... More

We were staying nearby for the weekend and needed a place to have lunch. One of our friends recommended Baugher's so we gave it a try. The service was very friendly and the menu had a large variety of selections that would satisfy almost everyone. My wife and I both ordered hamburgers with a side of fries. The burgers were... More

My wife and I were in Westminster and stopped in to Baugher's Restaurant for lunch. It was delicious as usual. This day we both went for one of the lunch specials - a 1/2 hot turkey sandwich smothered in homemade turkey gravy, a side, and a beverage for just $6.75. My wife got corn fritters as her side. If you've... More

Baugher's has plain, good country food. Fried chicken, burger's, breakfast, real turkey on Sundays. Great pies, homemade ice cream, milkshakes. Always enjoy coming here! Not fancy, but good food and service.
