Love the sangria variety. I have tried everything on the menu at least once and loved it all. The atmosphere is perfect for a romantic dinner. The owner is super friendly and the staff is very professional.

This was second visit. The first time the service was pretty bad. Took forever to get drinks. Food was very good but service was mediocre. Decided to give it another try based on the food so I made a reservation for 8:00. Got there and after waiting at least 5 minutes for a hostess to acknowledge us she didn't even... More

The happy hour is also all day Sunday. The tapas are priced well and the calamari was good. The Chilean Sea Bass was moist, flavorable, melted in your mouth. The drunken ribeye was flavorable and tender. The Cobb salad was very tasty. The creme brûlée cheesecake was good. I will come back and the server Quannie was attententive to all... More

No visit to Brasas is complete with a $12 Brasa's Rita. It's an awesome way to get the conversation started and the appetite revved up! If you plan to have 2 or more, make sure you a designated driver! We still loved the Brasas rolls and keep meaning to try some of the other tapas- our friends swear by them... More

After standing for five minutes, totally unacknowledged, at the hostess stand, we probably should have known that this couldn't possibly be a good experience. The place was completely understaffed, and the staff that was there was largely unconcerned about the abominably slow service. When somebody finally did show up we were told that it would be just a minute for... More

A wonderful collection of tapas, great mojitos, great jazz and relaxed atmosphere. I think we just found our new date night spot!

I first went here when they offered a Groupon but have gone back many times. The food is always good; chicken is juicy. The menu isn't extensive but for what they do, they do it well. I've eaten their catering as well and it is on par with the good quality restaurant food. It's not a life-changing meal experience but... More

We have driven past this nondescript little joint many times and never noticed it. Fortunately a new friend told us about it and raved about how good it was. We had to search for it and got there at opening time. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful since we were 1st timers. The Sangria was excellent and my follow... More

Where should I start? My family and I were in Waldorf for a family get together and we always like to try new restaurants wherever we go and our goal is to find good food. As we decided where to go on Sunday evening we read reviews and stumbled across Brasas. From the time we walked in the door and... More
