We have a great experience every time. I grabbed lunch bento combos on several occasions. Great service, great sushi, and other great Korean treats!

Haven't visited this place in a minute.....ordered their Spicy Seafood Soup, which came with sweet cucumbers, Kimchi and my fav, seaweed salad. Delish! Also had their house sushi, Kodori roll.....perfect! Kodori has been around for years in this neighborhood...it's for a reason!

Wonderful little Japanese eatery with sushi in an ordinary strip shopping center in Waldorf. The owners I assume are Korean since they give everyone those little Korean appetizer dishes including kimchi, that you would find in a Korean restaurant. Large selection of bento box lunches (Monday to Friday) that I wish they also served on weekends. Friendly service. It is... More

Small, but personal atmosphere that feels more like eating in your kitchen, rather than a hole in the wall restaurant. The waitstaff seems to have mastered the balance between being attentive, and allowing you to eat in peace. The selection and pricing, average. Keta Salmon on my sushi platter. Overall a good dining experience. The only suggestion would be a... More

Three of us went there. Two of us got the Teriyaki Chicken Box. Plenty of food but it tasted like garbage. I ate a little, put the rest in the fridge and the next morning my fridge spelled to high heaven. I wouldn't go there again if they paid me to eat.

We have been followers of Mr. Kim, Sushi Chef & Owner for many years, starting with his days at Sakura in Waldorf. We have eaten Sushi/Sashimi in many different venues around the world and he is right up there with the best!

Stopped in for lunch during a road trip south and found Kodori to be a most pleasant change from so many chain restaurants. I won't be a spoiler but The lunch box special was a delightful surprise-so give it a try.

My wife and I love this place, and we visit whenever we have a desire for sushi. The food is fantastic and very fresh. We always get the Waldorf roll and Sushi Combo B, plus a third roll for some variety. It's always been consistently good. Just be prepared to wait, as there's only one chef and he takes his... More

Their food is simply amazing. The sushi is fresh and always tasty. There is usually a wait especially during times when most restaurants get busy (dinner rush, weekends) The wait is usually worth it. Service can be spotty at times, it's fine when there isn't a crowd. Place is small and seat yourself. They only have one sushi chef so... More

The food is good, but I would call ahead to check on the wait. Waiting an out for your order to come out really puts a damper on the experience, I remained objective in order to rate each section in its own merit. I've had sushi all over the world and never waited that long...for sushi of any quality. The... More
