This was our first time at this place which was suggested by coworkers based on our love of the Iron Bridge in Howard Co. As far as atmosphere and ambiance, this place nails it. Service is also awesome...must have been waited on by no less than 4 different people (included a primary server). We both ordered different beef dishes (should... More

We arrived at 5:30 PM for our reservation. The owner ? Greeted us and proceeded to direct us to a table two next to a romantic couple in the room. There were at least 10 empty tables. We requested to be seated at a nearby table for four and were informed this was reserved and the original table was the... More

Had brunch there on Sunday. It is not a buffet, but close from the menu type. Service was outstanding. Waiter and wait staff went out of their way to accommodate all,of our requests. If you are lucky you can see the trains go by!

We've been here twice and both times used certificates worth $50 for the price of $25. Although the food has been very good and the service was also, it just wasn't worth the price I would have paid without the incentive. I enjoy getting a good meal for the price I pay and not thinking wow, I wouldn't want to... More

I have been here often--with girlfriends for lunch and with my husband for dinner. It's also fun to sit outside--you're really close to the train then. The passing train is part of the charm of the place. We even had my son's wedding rehearsal dinner at Baldwin's Station warning everyone to go running out to see the train as it... More

I met a friend this afternoon, on a Sunday, for a late lunch. We decided to meet in Sykesville because it is approximately half way between our homes. I had read reviews for Baldwin's Station and was intrigued. The place was well worth a visit, with original features, including stained glass. As you enter the train station building, there is... We attended a 1920's themed Murder Mystery at Baldwin Station last night. Besides having a ball, the food was outstanding! You were offered three entrees to choose from: beef, chicken or fish. My sister and I got the tilapia and it was delicious. We were in a party of 12 and everyone said the meal was wonderful. They served cheesecake... More

I was pleasantly surprised by the look of the restaurant since I wasn't sure what the train station would look like and I had no idea that the train would be going by while we ate. We were seated inside the dining room and the decor is very nice, the waitress couldn't have been more attentive. I ordered the fish... More

Two Sunday mornings ago, my wife and I stopped in here for brunch around 11:00am. We were seated outside on their patio, not 15 feet from the train tracks. We were not given a choice to be seated inside or out. We had not been seated more than five minutes, and immediately after the waitress delivered our coffee, a thirty... More

Excellent lunch. Both the Maryland crab soup and the wild mushroom soup were a good beginning on a chilly and damp day. The Reuben sandwich was large with a lot of corned beef. I took half of it home and ate it the next day! My husband had the special omelet with spinach and said it was very good too.... More
