We showed up to this place 10 minutes before closing (not knowing of course) and the lady who served us served us with a smile and was very friendly even though we were keeping her. She was great. The food was also phenomenal. more

I completely disagree with xphiler06. For one, their soda are refillable - for free. I don't know where that 300% mark-up fits into that equation. This place isn't bad, but it's menu is priced more upscale while the food is merely average. And it seems to cut corners sort of Kitchen-Nightmares-style. I went with a few friends for lunch. Great food, great service in this casual Bistro. They have Tapas night every Thursday and regular dinner menu on Fri/Saturday. They also serve wonderful lunches. It's worth the trip to the quaint little town of Snow Hill, Maryland. more

This place was great! The food was wonderful, the ambience casual and inviting, and the service terrific! I would definitely recommend this restaurant. As good as all the NYC restaurants I've eaten in! more

Palette would be an excellent dining experience anywhere, but in that part of the country, it is in a class literally by itself. Pleasant and low key interior, super food, and attentive service made for an excellent experience. more

We finally made it to Snow Hill to try the fare at The Palette. We were welcomed by a friendly hostess and even greeted by the owner. A new Cafe opened up in Snow Hill, Maryland. It is called The Pallatte. It is currently open for lunch and will open for Dinner Friday/Saturday starting December 9, 2005.
