Since our restaurant of choice was unexpectedly closed we ended up here. There were not many diners there but we were eating early, around 5:45 pm. We chose three very different dishes and they were all tasty, all seemed fresh. The tandoori chicken was the best we have had ever, we all agreed. My visiting friend was more experienced than... It's always hard to judge a restaurant by take out, but that was my experience. The food was delivered late. Everything was okay, but lacked any distinguishing feature. The dishes we ordered came with a good array of sauces and relishes, which helped. Would I do it again? On the fence!

The food is good but not different from any other Indian food I've had. I used to live in Nepal so am always looking for real Nepalese food, not sure where the Nepalese comes in, they did have a few dishes but felt like it was more Basic Indian dishes. Good place but was hoping for Nepali....

Ghar-E-Kabab delivers, which is always great! However, their prices are a bit high and their tandoori chicken was a bit soggy.

We ate off of the Nepalese menu. Nepalese is similar to northern Indian but there are fewer dairy products and the cilantro is integrated rather than sprinkled on top of the dishes. We were served a vegetarian thali and a chicken dish. Both had a nice bite but not burn to the flavor. We used to go to a Nepali... More

I had a chance to drop in on a lovely restaurant with my neighbor this past Friday night. The smells of curry coming from the front door lured us in.l We were immediately impressed with the cozy yet upscale looking atmosphere. The waiters were attractive and the customer service they provided was great. They often checked on us and gave... More

The Indian regulars are on the menu, but the level of preparation and the quality of the ingredients are a step up. There's a reasonably brisk take-out trade, but it's a nice enough place for a sit-down dinner as well.

A mix of Indian and Nepalese, but with a healthier emphasis. Most of the meats used in dishes are cooked in Tandoor clay oven (reducing need for fats) along with sourcing locally-grown vegetables. You'll find many traditional dishes that are well executed (Saag Paneer, Chana Masala, Dal Makhani, Lamb Roganjosh, Chicken Korma, various kababs, etc.). Dishes are typically sized as... More

a small, family-run restaurant with very genuine nepalese food, and a good price, too. Try the salmon and the lamb dishes.
