I booked the restaurant to host a birthday party that everyone paid for themselves. We had over 30 people and the restaurant was very accommodating with seating us in our own space in the "loft" area as well as bringing separate checks for everyone. With that said, my food was very good and I believe everyone else was generally happy... More

We stopped in for lunch while walking through Savage Mills. The restaurant was not busy at all but it took some time to get seated. Our waitress took our drink order saying she would be right back, but she stopped at another table and took their order also. Our drinks arrived, then the drinks. My wife said the Mojito was... Thoroughly enjoyed the the nachos..serving sizes are good, the atmosphere is nice & allowed for great relaxed conversation with hubby. Also a good place for gathering with friends & co-workers. But can be a bit slow so if you are limited on time this may not be the best spot for you or your group.

We at lunch at Rams Head Tavern in Savage, MD recently. The restaurant was very empty. It took a while for our server to check on us. The did not have many choices of food that appealed to me. I wanted a small salad and small hamburger because I was not very hungry. Everything I asked for seemed to be... More

Atmosphere and quaintness of Savage Mill is great. Food is lame - no healthy choices at all. Even the salads are boring and not with the current times for healthy variety. Very disappointed.

We recently visited the Tavern for post wedding weekend family brunch. There were about 25 of us. They did a great job of taking our order and delivering our food quickly. The food was excellent and prices are very reasonable (Surprisingly so). Bloody Mary bar is a nice touch. Lovely deck over looking the river. Really lovely place for Sunday... More

I ate lunch here yesterday with my husband. The atmosphere is excellent being located in a renovated 1850's textile factory. I highly recommend a walk across the old railroad bridge by the river after eating if daylight/time allows. The food, however, just wasn't good. We both ordered the Dynamite Burger. My husband got his with beef while I opted for... More

Oh my, this was a terrible lunch experience, and the worst service imaginable. Where to begin? The bathrooms were filthy. Truly filthy. So much so that we couldn't even use it, and the people who stepped into it prior to us turned around and left too. Service: They weren't even busy, but were backed up with seating and the host...
