Belated birthday luncheon with the girls

Five of us really enjoyed our lunches. We all ordered something different and would do so again. I had a soup and half sandwich. They had mushroom and cheese soup and vegetarian chili as the soup choices that day. One friend tried the chilli so I tried the mushroom. We would both order those... read more

Tried the Pilgrim, Tuscany, and Ruben as carry-out. All three were very flavorful, ingredients were fresh - would recommend any of the three. Prices were reasonable, staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They were well packed as box lunches and included chips and cookie. The quality and presentation of the packing was as good as the sandwiches themselves - very nice.... More

Stopped here for the first time after reading the reviews here. Had a very tasty lunch. We had the Reuben, the Pilgrim and the Potato soup-all were delicious. I thought the prices were very reasonable. Will definitely be back

This is not your normal lunch spot. The sandwiches are not what you expect. The soup and salads are better than you can imagine. Deserts are excellent. Is it a little pricey? Yes. But you will pay for what is considered the best place to get lunch in Salisbury! This post didn't give you what you wanted for this place?... More

A little pricey, but well worth the occasional spurge. The turkey sandwich made on stuffing bread is outrageously delicious. Definitely worth a visit, especially during the holiday season when the country house is all decked out with decorations.

Acorn market is full of freshly made should, salads and sandwiches. Some vegetarian options... Wish there were a few more. Charming spot in Salisbury for lunch.

I like this little place a lot..It is tiny and chaotic when busy..The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is really good but small portions for the price. I don't mind that it's hard to find, kind of makes it a local little treasure.. I wish they had more variety and a little more room but those are just... More

I've eaten here 2 times so far. I had read reviews and wanted to try their chicken salad. It's a no frills chicken salad but it is very good. It's just chicken, mayonnaise, salt/pepper, and a touch of honey. Their bread is thick, soft, fresh, and very yummy. You order at the counter and they will bring your food to... More

The only problem with this place is poor signage - or should I say, no signage. I drove by it three times before realizing it was set back off the street. I had the pick two for lunch, with a half chicken salad sandwich and half butternut squash soup. Both were very nice. The chicken salad was awesome, and even... More
