We originally went to Tokyo Steakhouse, but didn't want to wait an hour for a table so we chose Ikebana instead - SO GLAD WE DID!! We've eaten here many times, but our experience last night prompted a very nice review as we really enjoyed our experience. The restaurant is the perfect size, not to small and not too big.... More

I've eaten here more times than I can count. The food is always fresh and the wait staff are always friendly and fast. Late time we ate at Ikebana was a few nights ago for Valentine's Day. I tried their Pomegranate Sake Sangria and it was delish! The restaurant had beautiful flower arrangements that really enhanced the setting for V... More

This small hidden restaurant never disappoints me. I love it. Its great for adults; couples or groups. We go with family, friends and out of town guests about once a year. The outside façade is deceving. It is fancier than most places in Salisbury and it has great quiet atmosphere. The food and presentation are excellent. It has no rival.

Anyone who knows sushi will see the quality here. I take all my out of town guests there and no matter where they are from they are always impressed.

This place is wonderful we stopped here for lunch before heading to a wedding. The service was fantastic always refilling water and getting orders quickly. The sushi was delicious and very reasonably priced. I loved how the spicey tuna and salmon had an extra kick to it. The decor is very beautiful and makes it feel a little more high... More

I live outside of NYC and frequent many Japanese restaurants. We were getting bored with the restaurants we frequent in Salisbury before we go to the baseball game and checked out Trip Advisor. This restaurant is really good ! My husband loves raw fish and he was shocked how fresh the fish was and how he loved the sushi rice.... More

We chose this restaurant because of the good reviews on Tripadvisor and it's convenient location in a shopping center along the main road in northern Salisbury. The contemporary decor is comfortable, the service adequate, the description of the menu choices interesting. The actual food preparation was okay, but some items were too fried and some dry from overcooking, but the... More

Great staff, beautiful decor, it is all good but make sure you try the fish chips and garlic edmame. Lunch is until 2 pm. The family owns and works there. The husnand has done some of the wood working.

We had lunch at Ikebana a few days ago. Our sushi was delicious and the portions were generous. Prices seemed reasonable for the amount of food we were given. Based on the number of lunch visitors, I'm sure this place gets extremely busy at dinnertime -- probably best to get a reservation in advance! I would gladly come back here... More

No special occasion, my husband and I just wanted to go out for dinner on a Saturday night. What a pleasant surprise to find this gem about 15 min. from where we live in Delaware. The sushi, sashimi, and shrimp teriyaki, all of which we tried, were excellent. The wine list was good (we did not go for the wine),... More
