We were walking around in the afternoon - saw a menu & pictures of Wood Fired Pizza. Looked great so made a reservation. When we arrived - were seated - realized it was a STEAK place. Well, I don't eat steak - but we stayed & ate. Bread served w/ dipping oil was probably the best part of the meal.... More

Our group of 8 (5 adults and 3 children) had a reservation for an early dinner. We were the first to be seated upstairs. It was nice to not have people seated nearby for the early part of our meal. The upstairs had a nice ambiance and little traffic. The food and wine were very good. Everyone loved the onion... More

My husband and I ate here during our last evening in the area. It's certainly not cheap, but the food is delicious and the atmosphere is cozy. We really enjoyed the blue cheese and onion fondue.

We ate here late one evening and the food was wonderful. We had to wait about an hour so I recommend reservations. They are known for their steaks which my husband had and really enjoyed. I ate the seafood noodles and LOVED it.

The service was prompt, polite and just the right amount. The prices were higher but worth every penny. It was without question, the BEST STEAK I HAVE EVER HAD. I don't think you could go wrong on the menu. We had 2 seperate meals and tried both and it was fantastic.

After spending the day in this eastern Maryland picturesque water community, we decided to have dinner in St. Michaels. We randomly chose Theo's and after the meal was glad we did. From the welcoming hostess to the knowledgeable server to the beautifully prepared meal, we were impressed with every aspect of our dining experience there.

The meal we had there was great. The steaks were perfect and very tasty. Get the local Lyon Distillery rum while there. They just got it on the menu. The prices are a bit high, but worth it for a great meal!

My wife and I spent the Memorial Day weekend in St. Michaels and at the recommendation of a good friend tried Theo's. We have thanked our friend for the recommendation. The food was delicious, from the appetizers, the steaks, the vegetables, twice baked potatoes, and the desserts. We even talked about how long it would take just to drive down... More

We recently had dinner at Theos. The service was adequate as diligent staff tried to make up for inadequate staffing levels. The atmosphere is OK if a bit sterile (at least upstairs). The main problem was the food. It was fine, OK, adequate but not even close to being worth the cost. Really, $58 for a New York Strip Steak?... More

Thank you for visiting Theo's and posting your thoughts. We will certainly take your feedback regarding staffing levels, and our upstairs loft continues to evolve as we complete the historic restoration of our building. Your comments regarding "Certified Black Angus" (CAB) are completely inaccurate. USDA graders inspect black-hided cattle (typical of the Angus breed) and give it a grade. All... More

We dined there last night and had a wonderful meal. Place is beautiful and well decorated. We sat at the bar - and enjoyed the fried green tomatoe appetizer, short ribs, rockfish and the doughnut bread pudding. Everything was outstanding and the bartender, Heather, was excellent. Perfectly paced meal - and you know a place is good - when all... More
