Rosario’s was founded by George Protopapas. George and his team renovated the building from top to bottom in an effort to make it a warm and inviting place where guests could gather to relax and enjoy a delicious meal, a glass of wine or a cocktail, and conversation with friends. He envisioned a welcoming, European-style design with comfortable chairs, pleasant colors, and a familiar feel. When the time came to choose a name for his new establishment, George decided on Rosario’s to pay homage to the community of Rosedale where the restaurant was built. Our atmosphere and menu are largely Italian-inspired, however, we also offer a wide variety of delicious American and Greek dishes, too. In addition, we stay true to the traditional “diner experience” by serving timeless home-style favorites, and breakfast any time.

The. Best. Baked. Ziti. EVER!!

We never eat anything else from the menu because this was the first thing we ever tried here. And it is too good to even try anything else. Usually I can take or leave baked ziti, but this one really is the BEST I've ever eaten. It's baked like my mother would have made, with plenty of meat and... read more

Due to the location and past failures of establishments there I was skeptical of this restaurant. Upon arriving at the door we were greeted and welcomed. The place was beautiful inside and the staff friendly. Menu was great. Plenty of options all reasonably priced. I ordered the lasagna and my wife had the pork tenderloin. Both meals were well prepared... More

From the outside, the restaurant looks like a casual chain restaurant, inside is clean and attractive. Our group ordered very different entrees from the very large and varied menu: burgers and fries (American Casual), Hearty Italian Pastas, and fresh Maryland Seafood. Dessert case was equally varied, though we did not indulge. We had a blast with our servers and the... More

Something for everyone, even the pickiest of eaters will find something on the menu. Excellent service, prices are fair and the dessert case is always filled with beautiful and delicious choices.

We attended an anniversary party here in a separate room. The room had a big table in the center of the room. This room is located just to the right of the main entrance. The whole affair was just mediocre, at best. The large table in the room had a large planter decoration placed in the center. So large that... More
