Best Penang chicken!

I went with my daughter during a long day of car shopping. We didn't know anything about it so we were very pleased to find that the food was delicious and the service prompt and friendly. I had the aforementioned Penang chicken which was spicy and delicious. It was a large enough portion for... read more

I just got carry out from here again recently and despite some bad reviews on Google, I still find it a reliable choice for Thai take-out lunch. I love Tom Yum soup so I got that and small steamed rice. I asked for shrimp in my soup but I kinda felt jipped because I only got a few. They were... More

We decided on the night's two specials, a half BBQ chicken with Vietnamese embellishments, and a tempting-sounding salmon dish. The former was nicely presented and tasty, though pedestrian; the latter arrived in a bowl, looking like a lumpy steamed meatloaf of salmon. At first we thought, Wow! That's a lot of fish! But there was only a half-inch of salmon... More

The food here is always excellent. I have dined here for years when in Rockville, Maryland, on business, and it is predictably outstanding. They have changed locations over the years, but they've never changed quality. The wait staff changes from time to time, and my last visit was a little challenging. We had a group of 6 people and the... More

Continuing its slide into mediocrity, Benjarong is increasingly using premade commercial sauces, and recently raised prices. Great for a weekday Thai when nearby but definitely no longer an interesting restaurant. Pedestrian at best.

Restaurant seems to have been here forever and i guess the food keeps bringing people back. We had the Kanoom Jeeb as an appetizer and for main courses the basics... shrimp pad thai and chicken curry (Gang Keow Wahn), The curry was HOT but they warn you! Overall excellent quality. Other aspects of the experience were more variable. For drinks... More

Yes, a good choice! Only thing I found strange: women's restroom is almost sauna temperature : \ Extra hot Other than that: a great choice for Thai restaurant experience

I've been a few times for dinner over the years and the great food and service always bring me back. (never been there for lunch). They can be pretty busy, but I've never had issues with the service - very attentive and friendly. They serve all of the typical higher-end Thai food, but offer some special dishes tha are really... Ate here in a crowd. Being Canadians they wanted to share dishes, and I went along with that. I however find that Thai when of a high standard has exquisite fresh sharp flavours and my mixed dinner did not come up to the standard I expect, maybe because we have such a high standard of Thai in Sydney. Still it... More
