Fresh imported ingredients!

We went last night and I'm craving it today. Where do I even begin! We ordered the Sopressata, the CS Sausage, and the Margherita. All amazing! the sauce taste so so good the tomatoes are just right .. just enough to complement the imported buffalo cheese and the crust is to die for!!! All fresh... read more

This place is what it is -- a somewhat-hidden, no-frills pizza place. But the pizza is fantastic! Don't expect fancy seating or ambiance. But do expect great quality ingredients, friendly staff, and a small beer and wine list. Been back twice and enjoy the fast, high quality brick oven pies.

Based on the good reviews, my wife and I went to CS for lunch a couple weeks ago. The place was pretty empty around 12:30pm. We ordered two pizzas and sodas. For about $10-12 each, their pizza is actually smaller than a couple regular slices from most other places. Thin and small in size and not much toppings either. The... More

Worth the wait on a Friday night. This pizza is very special and reminds me of our visit to Italy. Amazing. Cute seating area and plenty of parking!

This pizza joint makes neapolitan style pizza (look that term up) which is a very thin crusted pizza made only according to certain ingredient standards. My spouse and I had margarita pizzas there today and we decided it was far and away the best pizza we have had in a LONG time! The thin crusted pizza is fire blasted in... More

After waiting patiently an inordinately length of time, I would estimate 40-45 mins., we received a pizza with burned crust both top and bottom. A staff person stopped at the table and asked if every thing was okay. I said the pizza is......but he didn't wait for my answer as he quickly walked away in mid sentence. What I said... More

Stopped by with some friends looking for some great pizza. This is not your chain pizza but is your more gourmet wood fired, high end topping pizza place. All that does not come cheap. 1 pizza,1 salad,1 beer equals 26 dollars. Very good pizza and salad though a touch undercooked in the middle. Luckily for me, I am good with... More

Pizza is excellent. Menu is very basic, as is ambiance, but for real Napolitan pizza, it's one of the best places in the area. The staff is all delightful, as well. The menu has all the basics you'd find in a pizzeria in Napoli, Italy where pizza was born, and where I have eaten many many pizzas. There are no... More

Crust was perfect! -i read the other reviews about the pizza being soggy and from this I conclude that: a) this pizza is best... More

If you like pizza from the national pizza chains, this isn't the place for you. This pizza has fresh ingredients (you can taste the tomatoes) and an amazing crust--chewy and thick on the edge, thin in the center where you want to concentrate on the tomatoes and cheese or whatever toppings you choose. I think it's best when you eat... More
