This is a busy little place and for so many great reasons. But it can be really crowded and noisy so prepare yourself. It's a fun atmosphere and plenty of excitement. Not a place for a quiet meal. But if you are looking for a party, bar or delicious small plates then this is the place. Come back often to... More

This quaint mediterranean restaurant sits on the corner of North Potomac's few shopping centers. We were looking for some dinner, nothing too fancy but decent. The only other Cava we had was the ones in Bethesda Row and Tysons, so this one is big difference. It is a sit down dinner kind of place, the bar stands to your right... More

If you are in Rockville near Shady Grove Road, you MUST eat at Cava Mezze. I come to ROckville a lot on business and whenever I do an overnight stay in the area, I make sure I have dinner at Cava Mezze. The appetizers, especially the dip sampler is magnificent, but the CRAZY FETA is worth the visit alone. The... More

Went here recently for lunch with several co-workers. We were told that the lunch plates were made to "share" and that you should order several. Indeed we did this but ... and it is a big but, you cannot have big eaters for these "little plates." We had some "real men" with us and after paying about $30 per person... More

Service can be a little rough at times but the food always shines. Do not miss the flaming cheese. The Dolma and lamb Sheesh are not to be missed !

We hadn't been back to Rockville in a number of years and got lost a few times, can't believe how much it has changed. We came across the Traville Center Shops and saw Cava. This was a great little Greek Mezze restaurant. The weather was beautiful so we ate outside. The tables are right on the small parking area but... More

Delicious food and cute atmosphere. Loved the butternut squash pie and spanikopita. The scallops risotto was a favorite of another diner, but this time the scallops were overcooked, so the risotto ruled. I loved the risotto! The flaming cheese -saganaki- was fun and tasty, but is basically fried cheese. The presentation is what makes it special. I cannot praise the... More

Me and my husband visited this restaurant and loved it. The portions are small but very tasty. The prices are very reasonable.

If you understand the small plate concept and the fact that your tab may get high but the food is worth it...go to CAVA. I think one of the best dishes is the Scallop and risotto. The scallops are done perfect and the taste is heavenly. The whole Bransino fish is to die for. This menu has a variety of good... More

Found a wonderful little Greek mezze restaurant that had outstanding food! Busy little bar bistro but obviously THE place to go in this area. The haloumi, chicken souvlaki and tzatsiki were great! Almost as good as Cyprus! Definitely return!!
