The staff at Jerry's was amazing and very responsive. They give us many samples of the side orders they offered and everything was very good. That's where it ends. The entree where bland and overpriced. I personally had a crab cake for $22 that was one inch in diameter and half inch thick. For $22, I at least expected all... More

My husband and I dined here for dinner and had a wonderful experience. Upon walking in the door we were greeted and seated by Jerry and our waitress appeared at our table within 30 seconds to take our drink order while delicious bread was delivered to our table. A couple minutes later we received a complimentary sample of the haddock,... More

I love Jerry's. It is a home owned family restaurant with amazing seafood and history. Jerry is actually usually there himself greeting customers and making sure everyone is satisfied. If you're looking for great Southern Maryland seafood look no further and give Jerry's a try. The Key Lime pie is also a must try!

I visit Southern Maryland often, and I try not to leave without eating some local crab in season. Jerry's Place can boast a gluten-free crab cake because it has no filler, just fantastically fresh crab with excellent seasoning. There is also fresh haddock that even I, a devoted fish hater, will eat because it has absolutely zero fishy taste. Sides... More

I have been to this restaurant several times in the past and it was really great. The prices were a little high but serving sizes generous so you could split entrees with another person. This time we got takeout on Father's Day around 5:30 and the food was terrible. There were only two other customers (usually it is packed) and... More

If you like local seafood, stop at Jerry's. It's attached to the Mr. Tire and doesn't pop out as you are driving by, but it's worth looking for. The owner will start you off with samples of all sorts of things and you will not leave hungry. Crab cakes are good but not cheap. It's a family atmosphere.

We decided to try Jerry's while visiting Calvert County based on the reviews here and were so glad that we did. The food was top-notch. We had crab cakes and a combination haddock/scallop platter - all was tremendous - however as Jerry checked in on our meal HE was not completely satisfied with the browning on the scallops - so... There is no bar, you have to stand outside or in a cramped box to wait for table, no reservations, and a terrible stench of sewage as you wait outside. awful

sort of quirky; you are surrounded by caricatures of customers staring from the walls, ambience is strange (but comfy), BUT, the service is off the charts good and the food? It will make you go back. The menu is short but what is on there is fresh, exceptionally well prepared, and fairly priced. You won't go back for ambience but... More

This tiny eatery is located on Route 4 in Prince Frederick, Maryland and is open Tuesday through Sunday. Once you enter their doors you are immediately greeted by Jerry and/or one of his family members; and not to worry, if Jerry doesn’t greet you at the door, he certainly will be by your table to talk to you and offer...
