Fun place

I like their fresh take on typical dishes. My pulled pork/beans/kale order was delicious. My husband's prime rib was excellent. It's probably one of the best I've tasted. The dining room has a modern/hip ambiance. Our waiter could've been a bit more peppy though he was nice enough. I would... read more

This was my first dinner here and it was delicious. Had the almond crusted trout with kale and broccolini. Sat at the bar dice I was solo and bartender was great. Oh, highly recommend the fried green tomatoes. Everything was super fresh and reminded me of having a fancy home cooked meal. Recommend you reserve since this place is always... More

The first sign that we might have picked do the wrong resturants for dinner was the noise level as soon as we entered the build. We were hungry so we stayed. We were giving a small table for 4 with an extra chair put at the end . I asked if they could move move us to a larger table... More

Came here on a Saturday for brunch, had the chicken and waffles and Pastrami Hash & Bloody Mary. The pastrami was very light and fresh - lightly sauteed with potatoes. The waffles were very light and crispy, very pleasant. One of the better brunches I've had, comparable to NYC! My bf wanted to return again the next day! Great atmosphere... More

I had a reunion lunch with 3 friends. We had reservations. We waited over an hour and a quarter for our food. They should alert you if the wait will be this long. I had a medium sized salad with 3 shrimp, an ice tea and 1 biscuit. To avoid starvation and even more crankiness from low blood sugar we... More

Came here based on recommendation from colleagues who were impressed by the 'freshness' of the food. They were correct! Incredibly fresh and obvious in the preparation as well as the taste. Highly recommend this place...

A new menu with many additions to that at the FFB in Georgetown of FF-Park Potomac. Great Virginia Microbrews and specialty cocktails. Sound Level for casual conversation (away from the VERY popular bar) is excellent and pull up Valet parking can't be beat for $3.00 if you are too lazy to park in the immediately available parking. I think a... More

Brunch is terrific and more often than not it comes out piping hot. Our last time there food was luke warm and they were forgetting to bring the syrup over. The beignets are usually our favorite and my son loves the french toast. My daughter has enjoyed both the red velvet pancakes and the different versions of eggs benedict. It... More

I've been here 5 times and only sat in the dining room once. The dining room visit was very nice and our server was quite good but it appears that the bar is the main attraction. The drinks are quite delicious and it is a bit of a show watching them being made in a somewhat old fashioned manner.

After finally being seated almost 15 minutes past our reservation time, we eventually caught our servers attention. We ordered a cocktail, glass of wine and appetizers. The cocktail came and a full five minutes later, my wine came. Awkward and completely avoidable. But then my husbands dinner was served with no sign of my dinner. Really? He ordered the chicken...
