My friend Edward, his wife, family, and friends have been to papas several times and think the crabcakes are second to none. He doesnt thing there is a better restaurant in Parkville for Crabcakes. Not just the crabcakes either. EVERYTHING they have ordered is excellent. Never had a bad dish, or bad meal. The services is not as good as... more

Okay, Pappas' is a kind of a time warp. It is down the street from my childhood home. The main dining room is dark and wood pannelled. The guests are mostly septa- and octa-generians. There is a silver-haired man who plays the piano and congratulations couples on 50th wedding anniverseries. It is not a beautiful place. But, the food is... more
