Some of the best ice cream we've ever had!

EVERYONE goes here for dessert! Many flavors (fewer than 31 though!) and each one simply spectacular. Try the fresh, crushed strawberry.

Huge ice cream cones. Very creamy and delicious! Nice friendly staff and it is located right on the water.

Just enjoy it and don't think about the calories. Each calorie is worth every bite. The cinnamon waffle cone was a great choice for me too. It's basically attached to the back side of Schooners, so I recommend lunch/dinner and drinks there and save room to have dessert next door. You won't be disappointed by either place.

I was so glad to see that the Scottish Highland Creamery was recently rated the 5th Best Ice Cream Shop in the US. This place has the BEST ice cream ever! I have never had a flavor that I didn't like. Even the sugar-free flavors are way better than most premium ice creams.

Akthough they advertise 600 flavors, they had "only" about 30 or so when we went there twice in two days. Some of the flavors were changed out. Among the best ice cream I've had anyware. Reasonably priced. There are benches along the building. The building is at a small marina used by local watermen. Plenty of parking. Surprised it was... More

Fantastic fresh homemade ice cream! Great favors, my favorite was the Scottish toffee. Different typEs of cones or get it in a cup. Huge portion for a single dip.

Okay, this was heaven. I mean stellar and as such has been voted among the top 5 in the nation. It was wonderful and people came in droves to get their ice creamy fix. Nice view of boats and bay. If you want to try this tasty delight you'd better hurry since they close for the season in October.

The shop is on the water in a building you would never think made ice cream. No shop only a walk up window. However, the very best ice cream i have ever tasted. The butter pecan was so flavorful and creamy. It has to be tasted to be believed. If you are in the area and in the mood for... More

For years I've been telling people that this is THE place for ice cream. Not only is the ice cream the best, it is a real "Mom and Pop" place. Susan and Victor make everyone feel special. Needs an excellent + designation!

A hidden gem on a hidden street in the hidden town of Oxford Maryland. If Scottish Highlands was located in a college town no one would go to class. If it were on Wall Street, no one would trade and if it were on the east coast of Florida, no rockets would launch and man would not have walked on... More
