We went to Embers on the recommendation of my wife's hair dresser. It is a casual atmosphere with a viewable grill from the dining area. The menu is mostly affordable items like pizza. I had a rib eye steak which was very tasty. it ran $32 which is on the high side for this establishment. it gets a little on... More

Good selection if you are very hungry. Crab legs, prime rib, pasta, etc. Not gourmet, but good. Pricey compared to hometown buffets $33 per person, but you are in a vacation town.

An amazing selection of food!! Very good service and atmosphere. It was well worth the price. I am sure we will go back the next time we are in OC. and I will have no problem recommending this restaurant to our friends.

We went for the buffet and everything that I had was tasty. There was so much to choose from that it would satisfy even the pickiest of palates.

Having eaten at Embers several years ago, decided to return. I was surprised to get seated quickly, since it was Bike Week crowds, but that was where the good part of the meal ended. Our waiter was okay, but for the price being paid for the meal, should have been a little more attentive. The raw bar with the shrimp,... More

Have been there before but went on senior night, now that I am over 65. For under twenty dollars where can you go for all the good food they offer? You need to be selective and eat those items that they can not mess up. (They buffets) Large mixed dishes have a tendency to be good one time and bad... More

This restaurant was recommended by one of our group. The tables were packed so tightly together it was extremely hard for the servers to go around the tables. So you were always moving in or bumped by someone. The food was sub par buffet food. The seafood reminded me of the stuff you get at the grocery store in the... More

Buffet is a little expensive, but is worth the money. Large selection of fish, clams, shrimp, oysters, etc. slightly disappointed there were no soft shelled crabs, although that could've been only the day I went. Beautiful view of the Bay at sunset as well.

This buffet was tauted as the best there is. Most of the stuff is a whole lot better at a Golden Corral than here. Poor quality food is their main ingredient. High priced.
