We are used to going to Wildwood, NJ for vacation and the pizza there is to die for, so when we stopped in Caruso Pizza, we were very disappointed. The ordering process was strange and the slices were small and tasted a little better than frozen pizza. I'm sure there are better pizza places on boardwalk than this.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! The manager is nasty and a total jerk!!!!! When eating today in their business, my son dropped his cup by the trash can. He started to laugh at himself, while he was picking up the ice. The nasty jerk manager came behind him and said a rude comment behind him. I then said to him excuse... More

It looks like just an ordinary pizza place on the boardwalk - and in many ways it is. It has a dive appeal to it. We waited a while for our order, the bathrooms were in bad shape, my soda was actually soda water...but the turnaround for me was when the kids ordered something they didn't like...and the owner (or... Decided to stop and grab something before heading out. Ordered a large steak and cheese. It was HUGE and definitely filled up my daughter and I. We got chicken bites for the kids. It was really a hit. The staff were all very nice. I would definitely go back.

Ordered a whole plain pie and wished we had more. The crust was amazing with the cornmeal crumbs and flavorfull with the sauce and cheeses. It was always baked perfectly, each 4 times! This was the best pizza the four of us have ever eaten! The service could use alot of help behind the counter with communicating to the customer... More

We ordered a stromboli and it was o.k. Sausage was a little hot and it would have been better if there was more cheese. The vegetables were much too large as well. Overall it was o.k. but we probably would not go back again.

Stopped in on 6/17/2012 for a pizza and some mozerella sticks and the food was very good. A bit pricey, but that's expected on the boardwalk. Would definitely go again!!

I drive four hours occasionally just for pizza...we're that nuts in our family. A slice of pepperoni (or in our family's case, a large pie) is like heaven and no other pizza I've found in Ocean City compares. The crust is always the perfect combo of crisp on the bottom but not burned and chewy where you want it to... More
