Lots of quality seafood!

Returned to this restaurant twice to eat after discovering it last year. The upstairs Happy Hour specials were excellent - large firm peel-and-eat shrimp, large juicy oysters on the half shell and cold beer of course. We also had the crab feast and though a lot of work especially for the unskilled... read more

My parents and I ate here on a Monday afternoon, a little after 4pm. We initially wanted to dine at another restaurant in the area, but they were closed. This restaurant was the only place in the immediate area that was open. We were starving and didn't feel like driving around to search for a restaurant, so we decided to... More

Came in for a late lunch for the first time. We were greeted by a friendly staff in the upstairs bar. We all ordered the soup and sandwich special for $15. Everything was excellent! Cream of crab soup PACKED with crab meat and sweet cream. Crab cake sandwiches we nice and crabby with very little filler. The fries were even... More

We have had a beach place for almost 30 years and for some reason never went to Crab Alley until this past weekend. We chose to sit upstairs and are glad we did! The area was full of people at the bar and surrounding tables enjoying the afternoon! The food was awesome! Oyster stew is not easy to find and... More

Maybe this is a good place for small east coast crabs but we didn't want to spend over an hour prepping our food. We ordered flounder and swordfish which were cooked with a minimal amount of care. The french fries were inedible due to excessive old bay seasoning and salt. The waitress finally brought their replacements as we were finishing... More

Decided to try this place today. It was minimalist in decor but most go for the crab feasts. Bob ordered scallops, broiled also creme of crab soup. I had crabcake and 6 raw oysters. The creme of crab had lots of crabmeat but needed a little Sherry for completing taste. The scallops were large and tasty. Coleslaw had too much... More

First of all, let me just say YUMMY. I had the combo platter because I just could not decide if I wanted oysters or crabcakes. What could be better than to get some of both? The service was great and very speedy. The view is wonderful overlooking the bay. The next time I come, I will come earlier to get... More

Based on the reviews, I thought this place would be better. It's average. Cream of Crab soup was tasteless - and either curdled or filled with shredded crab meat depending on who you spoke with at our table. Fried oysters were over-fried and somewhat cold. The one steak ordered was overcooked, the fries warm and under cooked. Took a while... More

We have narrowed our choice for the best crabs in OCMD to 2 places and this is one of them. View of the harbor is great but secondary when picking thru shells for the lump meat. Service has always been friendly and attentive.
