Must hit spot in OC. Great food & service! The complimentary chips and salsa were delicious. We got the nacho supreme as an appetizer and that is a meal in itself. It was freaking huge & very very good! For a drink I had the 42 oz fishbowl of "Mr Hooker & Famous Peach Fuzzy Margarita" OMG this is a... More

The atmosphere was nice. The restaurant was not crowded at all so we were seated right away. The waitress was very nice. I love Mexican food, specifically fajitas, so of course I ordered fajitas. The fajitas were good but I did miss some of the sides that are normally served with fajitas such as refried beans and rice. I could... More

We went there for Mexican food and everything was delicious. The guacamole was terrific. The salsa that they provide the table was not the best I ever had, but still tasty. They give you the first basket of chips free so you have to pay for any additional. We are from NY and not used to paying extra for chips... More

Just before our drive back my wife suggested that we go to this place which we had not been to in years.Am I glad she did. The salsa with the chips was the best I have had and the meals were delicious with a variety of great tastes in each bite. I wont get into the real or not real... More

Not bad for a touristy place to eat. Service quick, food tasty, portions quite enough, prices affordable for a family. Decor cheesy, but what the heck, you are on vacation.

I've been wanting to eat here since I first spotted the sign about a month after moving to the area (almost 3 years ago). A negative word of mouth review and some mixed reviews on yelp kept me away, but I'm so glad I finally went. They have a large drink menu, and the drinks were phenomenal. The margaritas tasted... As noted by others, the margheritas and the fresh salsa are excellent and the guacamole also very good. My wife had the blackened mahi which was fresh and very good. I had the Atlantis seafood burrito, and the first bite tasted like canned tuna, but as I continued into it I got shrimp and scallops and fresher tasting seafood, all... More

The food is always great and so is the service. They make it fresh, no canned stuff here. The portions are large with good prices. They also have a separate bar. Never miss a trip to this place when we are in town. We go 2-3 times if we can. Great Mexican food and cocktails too.

Given the previous reviewer's rant, I guess I am a "moron" because I find this place to be very good. Incredible salsa, very good mahi or rockfish tacos, and good margarita's. The Atlantis is a great choice too--a burrito loaded with seafood. Not the cheapest place for Tex-Mex, but the portions are fair and you won't leave hungry. And keep... More

First let me say I'm always weary of reviews. Whoever gave this place anything more than awful is either a shill or hasn't a clue about good tex-mex! We had the combo plates. The tacos were awful , the enchiladas were awful, the quesadillas were ok. The rice and beans were from another planet! Just awful! We told our server... More
