We went here based on positive reviews here. The kids were happy with their quesadillas. The tacos were pretty tasty and they were able to make our orders gluten free. There isn't much table seating and it is loud and dark-do maybe not ideal for little kids for dinner. We were surprised the bill seemed really high. Found out later... More

Hubby and stopped in the cantina about 10PM on a Friday night for a small bite to eat. We walked into a bar area that was full, and everyone seemed to be having a good time watching the Orioles game on TV's mounted above the bar. We were led to a smallish side room where the atmosphere was a little... More

Went here for dinner while at OC. Mother's is a small restaurant with a separate dining area and a bar area that has several booths for dining. Cute. The staff is personable and welcoming and helpful with food choices. Their menu is extensive and everything we tried was amazing! We shared chips with salsa, and guacamole which was served in... Restaurant came highly recommended. Seem to have a nice atmosphere however I believe there was about 12 tables. The wait was going to be over an hour so we did not stay. Need to go before the rush hour crowd.

Daily HH from 4-7 includes $1.25 tacos (soft or hard, pinto or ground beef) and $3.50 margaritas. We shared the chips/salsa which was very fresh and tasty. I had 3 tacos and my husband had 4; we were both full when we were done. They were warm, tasty, fresh, and quick which was great!! Everything on the menu sounded great... More

New favorite Mexican restaurant! Fajitas, burritos, enchiladas, all flavorful and beautifully presented. Even the staples like queso, Spanish rice, and refrieds were unexpectedly good. Dinner hours end at 11; we rolled in at 10:45 and got good, attentive, fast service. Be aware that this is a bar, not so much a family restaurant. We will definitely be back!

I have been here several times, locally owned, great staff, drinks, tacos. Get here early for a spot at the bar it fills up quick, a testament to the food and specials.

1st let me say, it's a bar. I've read many reviews where people were upset that it wasn't family friendly. It's a bar. Okay, now that's out of the way. We have been going to Mother's every time we visit OCMD the last couple of years. We don't go for the bar we go for the food. Always good, I... More

There was a 30 min wait bc they were short staffed but you would never have known! The owner was nice enough to call our cell when our table was teacups we could take our 2 year old back to the car. Then the service was great, everyone helping each other. The owner came over right away to ask what... More
