Our family wanted a quick takeout that wasn't burgers, so we tried Primo Hoagies for the first time. Rather than each of us ordering one thing, we went with three options and slices them for everyone to try. The "Whacked Chicken" was by far the best. It was a chicken cutlet with melted provolone, pesto and bruschetta. It was an... More

Never had a better sub in my life. The turkey schwarztie is legend. I live in Ocean City and if I am up town in North Ocean City, I am stopping at Primo's.

Coming from Philadelphia and living in Penna where we can get incredible hoagies i did not fall for this shop as having the best hoagies in the world myth. I give everything at least one chance. In reality i can get a better and fantastic hoagie here in Pa. for $6.95 There hoagies were very good but not worth the... More

Truth77777, I read your review of my restaurant and a few things do stand out. As a native Philadelphian myself (southwest). I to have grown up on hoagies from all over the tri state area.(nj/de/pa). Comparing prices between seasonal restaurants and year round establishments is like comparing apples and oranges. All of our hoagies are weighed as they come off... More

Not only was this sub picture perfect, it was seriously the best Italian sandwich we ever ate! We couldn't get over how packed it was and how fresh everything was in it! We were really disappointed when we were just back in OC on vacation and they were closed. We went elsewhere, but you couldn't compare the two. Primo lives... More

Been hearing about the Italian Diablo from a co-worker at work. He mention that there was a Primo Hoagies down here. The family and I stopped in, right at 7PM. They were closed, but he said we will still take your order! AWESOME! We got out subs went back to our hotel and enjoyed one of the best hoagies I... More

Ordered a 24 in sub (whole) that was only 21 inches long and the 12 in was only 10 inches long. Taste wonderful but for $38.51 I would expect them to be the size they told us they were. 3 inches short is a significant amount especially at the price they charge.

The Italian cold cut Primo size was enough for 2 to share. It was tasty, but not the best sub ever, but it was a fair price for the sub.

Great Subs, it's a nice hump up from the boardwalk on 133rd street. This is definitely worth driving up from the board walk and picking up a few of these big meaty, fresh subs for some midday munchies after being in the water on the beach. Sizes vary based on your appetite. Enjoy!!

I have eaten these subs several times and they are truly primo or first class. I have eaten the meatball, chicken parm and several of the different italian’s. The bread is always fresh and that Thumanns added makes it is a true masterpiece. My favorite is the Mild Sharp Italian. The price is very reasonable for the quality of this... More
