I had not eaten at the Brick Ridge Restaurant but had heard good things about it. I have to say that all of us were disappointed. Our waitress was delightful and very attentive and friendly. I didn't like the owner or manager standing like a monitor in the dining room watching over everyone. It was very annoying. The food was... More

Went on a Sunday for brunch. Wait staff was extremely slow. Slow as in 45 minutes for only two entrees. Shrimp and grits were good. Do not order Eggs Benedict. It's fried eggs not poached, with deli ham and soggy english muffins. The sweets basket was good, coffee is weak. Mimosa was good, could have been better if they used... More

Dined on a Thursday night during restaurant week. The dining room was very noisy and it was hard to have a conversation or hear the server. The service was inconsistent, slow to get drinks and bread but rushed through the meal. The meals were so bland we didn't finish half of either. We had the Risotto dish and the Shrimp... More

After a nail biting drive to and from BWI in rain and traffic we decided to stop for an early dinner. The former Quail Ridge Inn is now light filled. The Regional American cuisine idea is a good one. Hawaii was featured. Were told they feature a different state each week.I got the drink, fish and dessert that were part... More

Such a neat location and the state theme is really fun. This restaurant has so much potential and the owner is very attentive. He just needs to get either more help so the waitstaff can do a proper job or train them better. My order was wrong, we sat over a half hour without any bread, and when it came... More

I always choose this restaurant for special occasions, dinner with friends, and gift certificates. The food is delicious and we like the state theme. I always like the salmon and my husband loves all of the steak choices. We are headed there tonight for my birthday. The halibut from Washington state looks like it will be my choice. The owner... The place is very attractive. An old school house(what I was told.) The bread was good, corn muffins and mulit grain bread with nice butter. I ordered pan fried tomatoes. They were very good. The salads were small but good. The southwest caeser dressing was great. I ordered jumbliya(sorry bad spelling) and my wife ordered risotto. Both had very nice... More

We've eaten here several times. The atmosphere is great. The food is good. I like how the owners feature a different region or state's food. There is an extensive wine list as well. It is a little pricey but I feel it's worth it. They are open for lunch, it's a better value.

We pulled up at Brick Ridge in the rain, 30 miles into a 50-mile bike ride. Chilled and in need of a break. Unfortunately, they were not yet open. But the owner drove up as we were huddled under the building's eves, sharing a package of peanuts. He invited us to come in, sit and warm up. He brought us... More
