We ate at Carmelo's for the first time today because we had a Deal Here certificate. It is located in a small strip shopping center. The décor is a bit outdated which is why I gave it the 4/5 stars. The service was fast and our server was pleasant. I ordered the spaghetti with meatsauce (this is not listed with... More

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The pizza was great, the subs were delicious and the shrimp salad wrap was out of this world (large/jumbo shrimp). It is very low key and never too busy. Highly recommend for kids.

This was my first time here, even though I walk by all the time. I was in the mood for spaghetti and meatballs, but that was $11. Instead I had the salad with grilled chicken. Lots of chicken, a real nice house dressing, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, cheese. Very good and very filling. I had a slice of cheese pizza and... More

We took the train (light rail) and had to switch trains--it was a 40 min wait and we were starving. We ventured up to the road and saw this diagonally across the street (Linthicum Station) right down the street was Papa Johns but we decided to give the local restaurant a try. It was a small place, with take out... More

We were pleasantly surprised by the taste of the food at Carmelo's. I went there for a quick bite at lunch time some weeks ago. Now we go there about once a week. The pizza is really good and the salad, pizza, drink special is a good deal. It's just enough food without being too much or too heavy. Rick,... More

The food is great! We have been eating there since the restaurant opened. Actually, we haven't eaten from the other Italian restaurants or pizza joints since. We haven't had a bad meal yet! My favorite is the spaghetti and meatballs, but the pizza's are great...I think our standard order is a large white and a peperoni pizza! We normally order... More

Carmelo's has excellent food. But the atmosphere doesn't match the food quality or prices. Dirty bathroom and floor, pealing paint, ugly table clothes and wait staff's junk sitting at the first table. But the pasta and pizza are very good, prices are certainly too high. Do take-out with a special, but if you want dine in Italian, go to Italia's... More

Good range of Italian food options and we all liked what we got. I was with some of my family members who are deaf and the staff here were very accommodating and patient with the inconveniences of taking orders from customers who were having to go through some translating. The people here are top notch and they serve delicious food... More

This was our first time eating at Carmelo's and I hope that it was just an off night. The veal parmigiana was dry, tough, and over cooked. The Lasagna was bland with a gummy texture to the pasta. Both the veal and lasagna were topped with very thick slabs of mozzarella cheese that did not add to the taste or... More

My girlfriend and I stopped in here after another place we were going to was closed on Sundays. What a gem! The food is reasonably priced and the service was top notch! I had the Cheeseburger and my girlfriend the Cheesesteak. Both sandwiches came with fries and a drink! Food tasted great and my girlfriend even got a Valentine's Carnation!... More
