This place is not a hole in the wall, but it certainly qualifies to my category of "hole in the wall but great food". It is a pleasant if somewhat dreary rendition of an italian eatery that one would find in some run down area of Boston. But PULEESE don' let that stop you from eating there as the food... More

Excellent crab cakes and well-prepared typical pasta dishes. Didn't have the pizza. The staff and service are tops. Ate in the bar area one night -- the bar keeper changed channels so I could watch the Orioles game.

My husband and I come here often. They food and drinks are great. To me they have the best wings in town. Check for bartender Shaun! Great value for your buck!

We've been going here since I was a kid, and for a good reason. The pizza is great! It's definitely better than the delivery options! Same recipe for years! The service is good and the atmosphere is casual.

I was traveling from out of town and stayed at the hotel next door to the Italian Inn Restaurant. It had some good reviews so I gave it a try. The food was good but not great. Since the sign read "fresh seafood" I ordered the salmon. Not so fresh but it was seasoned well and good and hot. The... More

The food was fantastic I got to eat the calamiri and mozzarella stick and it was delicious but what was more delicious was that soup on the side with your main course. The shrimp and pasta was good and I will definitely come here again

I love supporting family owned businesses. The atmosphere is nothing fancy, but the food was great, and good portion. I was in a hurry so I had the spaghetti with meat sauce. It came with soup (cream of broccoli that day) or side salad. It really reminds me of some of the middle-class places I grew up with in middle-class... More

I went to this place for family dinners from time to time in the 60s, and so had good memories of it. The big sign on the roof with an Italian chef making the "OK" sign was an iconic part of my childhood. The restaurant is little changed from then. This is mid-market Italian food, not haute cuisine to be... More

The food is not terrible (I had a cheese pizza), but it is not very good either. The restaurant is somewhat run down.

Average family dining. My son got cheese pizza, daughter got chicken fingers and I got chicken Alfredo. Coming from the great Italian restaurants of Chicago, the Alfredo doesn't compare. The sauce was mediocre but the chicken in it was great. The garlic bread, salad and motz sticks were all pretty good. The staff was very friendly!
