this was my second time at Franklin's and I know I don't get up there as much as I would like! The ambience is fun times 10. While you wait for a table, go check out the General Store that is right next door. You don't even need to leave the restaurant. Lots of neat, eclectic gifts and foodstuffs. A... More

We have been going to Franklyn's for many years, as many of their beers continue to be interesting and satisfying --and their wine choices, while not particularly interesting, are usually well priced. The menu, changing slightly from time to time, spans from barbecue pork to pizzas to an Asian-themed salad. Perhaps because of the very broad scope of this menu,... More

Franklin's is a glorious find! The food and atmosphere are great but the reason to go is for the beer. The brewmaster is always coming up with new and delicious brews so we go at least once a week. Great place for families, date night, hanging out with friends, or a luncheon business meeting. Be sure to always ask if... More

Franklin's is a great place to grab a local beer. The entrees are decent, but we go here for the beer and crab dip!

Great beer and friendly service at this unique brewpub in Hyattsville's developing Arts District. Menu specializes in burgers and pizzas. Appropriate for all ages. Be sure to check out the country store.

I have been here twice with my husband and toddler. They have a decent variety of beer, and all that we have tried have been tasty. The food is also good and of a wide variety. They have high-chairs and are very family friendly. The store next door is amazing, with lots of great toys, beers, and gifts! I highly... More

Because it's a brewpub you have to try the beer! You won't be disappointed; good selections and good quality. The food is quite good - some familiar favorites & some new things (try the flame-cooked mussels).

This is our new date night spot. I only ever get the california pizza so I'm not qualified to comment on much of thier menu, the pizza is decent but the dough could use some flavor. The beer is excellent, and the atmosphere is great. Combined with plently of free parking(after 8) and you have a very good type place.

Visited for dinner with family, 9 all told. Adults had different beers - good stuff. Food was pub fare and nicely done. Bread and beer came out first and fast; meals thereafter at the right pace. Our server was Charles and he made all of us comfortable, and gave us the right amount of attention without being intrusive. And once... More

This could have been a great place. After all, it is a brewery. But inattentive service (hello, I'm here and need you to stop chatting to the other wait staff) and one odd waiter who kept running through the restaurant like he was training for a marathon left me uncertain if I'd ever take guests to this place. What an... More
