We love this place!

This is our first choice when dining in Havre de Grace. The room is so attractive, the vibe is so laid-back, and the food is so inventive and wonderful, it's just really hard to beat. My husband loved his shrimp-and-oyster po' boy, with its crunchy fried seafood that was absolutely grease-free... read more

This is my favorite restaurant in my county! Several local farmers supply the beef, chicken, pork, and bison and they have their own garden during the summer. Love the food here, and it's consistently good!

Planned on meeting the gf for dinner and she picked Laurrapin based off of the reviews here. I arrived a little early and grabbed a seat at the bar. The bartender was very friendly. The only reason i cannot give 4 stars is because i love trying draft beers and they only had 3 or taps total. They did have... More

While we've been to Havre de Grace several times for dinner (live about 30 miles north) this was our first visit to Laurrapin. We enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the food, although I would ask to sit in front part of restaurant next time simply because I prefer a more lively atmosphere and the back room was quieter. Started... More

Creative food (what's not to like about brussels sprouts fried with bacon and butter!), emphasis on sustainable sourcing, and friendly staff made dinner a great evening out.

Great food, service, and location. Went as a business dinner. It's a half bar, half dinner seating area. Fun atmosphere. Would go back again. Prices were about what you would expect for good food. Food comes from local farmers.

No longer serving curry mayo with the delightful sweet tater fries. Pear gorgonzola salad downsized to the point of absurdity. The rest of the fare is OK, but just not enough to carry the experience after these downgrades.

Thanks for your feedback! Like yourself, many of our guest felt strongly about the removal of the popular curry mayo from the menu. That is why about a month ago we introduced it back. Here at Laurrapin we believe in listening closely to our guest so that we can stay in-tune with their thoughts and opinions. After-all, we are here... More

I am fortunate to live close enough to walk and frequently do. The bartenders are so nice I have no problem going alone and having a meal at the bar. The roasted brussel sprouts are amazing as is the shrimp and girts. You cannot do wrong on Steak night where for $20 you get a great cut and a free... More

Fun lively atmosphere with some food and drink items that you will not find elsewhere. Such as coffee infused carrots and mac and cheese with crawfish and crab.

We always enjoy coming here. It's a great little bar/restaurant with a unique menu that uses local food sources. The menu changes frequently so there is always something new to try. Service can be a bit slow, but it's worth the wait. This is a good place for girls night out, or a date night. I don't suggest bringing children... More
