Well worth the visit. I strongly recommend the lunch specials. The restaurant was unique and had a good view of Havre de Grace. You can see the water from the restaurant side.

The Ritz is very cozy and the coffee and food are excellent. The atmosphere is average but what they lack for in one area they make up for in others. Very original sandwiches and salads but this is not your average sandwich shop. Delicious fare for a lazy day so I hope you're not in a hurry!

This little cafe is a little hidden gem in Havre de Grace. The service is not rushed as everything is made to order. Last night I had a delicious crab salad with fresh mango, avocado, strawberries, sliced almonds on spinach. My husband had seafood salad with Jumbo Key West Shrimp Salad, Tuna Salad and crab salad on mesculyn salad and... More

We were touring the area and stopped in for lunch when we became hungry. The thing that drew my attention was their sign out front about their she crab soup. During the course of our stay in Maryland, we had stopped at several places for that exact same soup so we thought we had a lot of experience with how... More

We sometimes stop here when traveling the I-95 corridor, sometimes eating at Tidewater, sometimes here. This is a somewhat curious place - it's very small. Their old location had a bit more charm but might have been even smaller. It reminds me of the tiny restaurants you find in parts of rural England or France. The food is quite good,... More

This place is unique. You may feel like you are going to an elderly relative's house for lunch or tea, but there is a certain coziness to the dining room. It is nicely decorated with flowers, and the tablecloths elevate the atmosphere of this cafe. This is the kind of place where they serve coffee in a pretty glass mug.... More

We were going to eat here this past weekend. We entered the restaurant and were not greeted at all. We waited a few moments, then were informed of the specials while we were still standing. Once seated, we agreed on food choices right away-closed our menus, then waited some more. We were told, "Someone will be right with you." Then... More

Wandered in unknowing for a light meal one night - didn't want the local bar food /pub grub . Good quality - what critics might call "honest cooking".

Drove to Havre de Grace, and didn't know where to grab lunch, looked around and The Havre de Grace Ritz looked welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty and well presented the dishes were served. The staff knows food and the focus was on sandwiches and salads, with quiche and soup also options. The California Crab Salad was excellent,... More

We had been walking around Havre de Grace and thought we'd like to get a pastry and cup of coffee as an afternoon treat. We were having a good time, so we also wanted a place where you could sit, talk, and enjoy the ambience. This cafe is excellent! They have a nice selection of pastries, good coffee, and very... More
