Came here with 30 wrestlers after a tournament. Was turned away by several places in the mall. The manager on duty told me to come back in 30 minutes and she would seat us. We came back and they were ready! Food was very good bust service was excellent!!!!! I definitely reccomend!

My friend and I and a couple of friends from school ate at Johnny Rocket's on Halloween because we were at Arundel Mills for trick or treating. The food was mediocre but the milkshakes were delicious! Would return to have a milkshake.

We waited about ten mins for a table on a Sunday afternoon, which is fine, but there were empty tables and none of the staff seemed to make any effort to tend to he four parties waiting to be seated (this should've been our first clue as to how the meal would go). Our server was awful. I have never... More

Great milkshakes but the service and the atmosphere was a turn off . Felt like we were "bothering" the first waitress who came to our table, took our order, then after 10 minutes another waitress showed up to take our order again. Then waited another 10 minutes, just for a milkshake. No one seemed very happy to be working there,... More

My husband is a cheeseburger fanatic so he was excited to try Johnny Rockets on our first visit to the mall. We went at an off-time, so it was not busy. But we waited to be seated for several minutes while staff walked past us, not saying a word. The kitchen staff kept looking over at us, I guess wondering... More

We decided to stop here for lunch and waited 20 minutes before leaving. Not 1 time were we greeted at the sign and told that they would be with us. There were tables that needed cleaning and food that was waiting to go out to tables. We watched as food sat finished for 5 minutes and was still not served... More

Love the burgers, fries and milkshakes... a treat as always. Attentive service, fun atmosphere and easy meeting point for a pre-movie pig out. Enjoy!

My wife and I decided to try this place as it was lunch time. I had an "Original Burger" and she had a grilled Chicken sandwich. The burger was just okay but my wife said her sandwich was pretty good. Really have no interest in eating there again.

So, I had to try this place because of the show that comes in tv where the CEO impersonates one of its workers to find out how things are really going in the "real" world. I also know that they are known for their milkshakes. While I didn't personally have the milkshakes, by company did and the LOVED them. I... More
