The owner's Oyster Plate collection is displayed in the restaurant and is unbelievable. Each plate has it's own beauty. I could so go just to look at all the collectables, and history. Working train rolls along the ceiling. The food was average, can't beat southern Maryland seafood. Service was excellent.

This lovely restaurant is a family-style place overall, good food, medium-priced, easy for parents with young children, too. We chose the bar to meet and eat with friends - cozier, great service, a bit of local color. Seafood dishes seem best overall, service very friendly. We'll be back!

If you head to Kent Narrows in the summertime, you may have a bit of a wait for dinner at Fisherman's Inn...but it's worth the wait! Try their seafood alfredo for a rich, delicious (and filling!) dinner!

Visited for a family birthday dinner. Overall all 4 of us found food to be pretty average. Appetizers seemed to be the best thing. Two of us had the butternut squash/crab soup, it was very good. Another had the Gorgonzola potato skins and it again was rated very flavorful. I had the Oysters Queen Anne which come covered with crab... More

This is a family restaurant with an attached bar that has loads of character and an extensive selection of tasty, mostly fried, seafood. Crab cakes and crab lump in garlic butter are both excellent and comprised of 100% Maryland blue crab meat. The scallops, broiled or fried, are very fresh and sweet. The fried oysters are succulent. And the cream... More

We went to the Fisherman's Inn with the family. The menu is large and a lot on there is relatively expensive (however, seafood tends to be pricey). There were some reasonably priced items on the back. We had soup, fish and chips, the tuna sandwich, and a shrimp sandwich. Everything was well prepared, fresh, and tasty. The service was great... We went for a family dinner for my birthday. The food was excellent. I had the special butternut squash crab bisque soup (surprisingly delicious), a Caesar salad, and the hot crab dip. The service was a bit slow (I think our server had too many tables on a busy Saturday night). The atmosphere was nice, with lovely Christmas decorations.

This restaurant goes back over 80 years and has recovered from fires and floods. The oyster stew is the best around and consistently good. Service is attentive and old school. The train running overhead is another institution. The food is not trendy - just Chesapeake comfort food, fresh and well prepared, with few ups or downs - consistent. The vegetable... More

Got seated and then waited and waited for a server. My wife presented my birthday coupon for a free entree and after an average dinner, the bill came and no credit for the coupon they sent me. I just couldn't wait to leave
