So many seafood options

While reviewing the menu at Fisherman's Inn it is hard not to notice that there are so many seafood options. Newly renovated bar area with new happy hour menu. Reasonable pricing. Restaurant area pleasant enough with large scale railroad cars traveling overhead. Some seats have windows overlooking garden and Kent narrows waterway. Overall the menu and food is good but can be a little pricy.

It has been a long time since I ate at Fisherman's Inn on Kent Island. We stopped there because we were in the area, and had fond memories of meals there. This time it was different. We both order cioppino (Seafood stew, San Francisco style). The menu stated it came in a broth, over linguini. It actually came in a... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, John. We apologize that our servers were not able to better able to assist you with your questions regarding our Cioppino. Chef Paul serves the dish in that manner to allow our guests to enjoy it how they wish. We have some guests that choose to pour the... More

Walked to the Fisherman's Inn from the Hilton. Enjoyed a very nice meal and will go back when we are in the area again this summer. Our waitress was very nice and the Betty Lemonade was fabulous. Our meals were good and plenty of food. I would recommend this restaurant.

We were a party of 5 and dinner took a loooooong time. Yes, it was a Saturday night & they were busy. By the time we were seated it was 9pm, and you could tell our server was nearing the end of his shift. He really didn't give us any details for specials, what was good on the menu, drink... More

Went there for lunch on Saturday. One hour drive just to try this restaurant. Arrived just after opening, which is a good idea as the place fills up quickly. Our waiter Donovan was polite and quite helpful :). We had a good crab cake, salmon citrus salad, cream of crab soup. A big plus was that the seafood was not... More

Stopped for a late lunch after a winter wildlife photography shoot on the Easter Shore, and we were so excited to find this place! Incredible menu, we had the Cream of Crab soup, and it was the best I have ever had! Then shared the Seafood Nachos, with shrimp and scallops, and enjoyed that as well. I can't wait to... More

The owner's Oyster Plate collection is displayed in the restaurant and is unbelievable. Each plate has it's own beauty. I could so go just to look at all the collectables, and history. Working train rolls along the ceiling. The food was average, can't beat southern Maryland seafood. Service was excellent.

This lovely restaurant is a family-style place overall, good food, medium-priced, easy for parents with young children, too. We chose the bar to meet and eat with friends - cozier, great service, a bit of local color. Seafood dishes seem best overall, service very friendly. We'll be back!
