The Narrows has been one of the best choices in the area for many reasons -- the food is delicious, the views of the bay are gorgeous, and the service is top notch. A little pricey, but worth the occasional splurge!

It's a local restaurant for us, so we go with some regularity. Never disappointed. Just dropped in for lunch today. Had a wonderful young waiter, who was always right there, but never RIGHT THERE, if you know what I mean. Together we had cioppino, black bean soup, and a huge plate of excellent mussels. Sat on the porch and enjoyed... More

It was a nasty rainy day, but we enjoyed the water view from the porch anyway. The heat keep the chill away. Met friends for lunch. The cream of crab soup is exceptional, not to be missed. I had the fried oysters which are lightly breaded and fried. Very good. I added fried green tomatoes which are probably better in... More

Food and service were outstanding. The Cream of Crab soup was the tastiest and best we've ever had. We sat on the enclosed porch with the windows closed because the weather was a little cool and the winds were quite breezy. Beautiful view of the sunset and the inlet.

Probably one of the best of the touristy restaurants in Grasonville. Very good service. Nice location on the water. Good nuts and berries salad. Crab cakes mediocre. All crab, but very bland....No seasoning.....Wouldn't recommend. Creme brulee was good.

We were lucky enough to have had dinner at the Narrows restaurant in Grasonville MD earlier this month and it was amazing. We had a beautiful table overlooking the water and a magnificent sun set that set the stage for an even more amazing meal. Our server, Darlene, was warm and friendly and was able to answer all our questions... More

On a visit to the Eastern Shore, took my Mother to lunch. This was my second visit to the Narrows. I was not disappointed. The service and food were top-notch. A seat on the enclosed porch afforded a view of the water and watercraft.

While staying at Kent Manor Inn for a business meeting, we wanted to experience what was in the area. The folk at the Inn told us we just had to go to the Narrows for dinner. How right they were! Great setting, good service and nicely prepared food.

Stayed at Hilton Garden Inn just down the block and the hotel clerk recommended this restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised. The water view from the porch was romantic and the food was great. The crab was very god. Would definitely go there again.

This place is not an eating experience - - it is a dining experience, a must go to and return to restaurant. Dined there Valentine's Day, 2014. The filet mignon and the chicken Chesapeake were absolutely wonderful, along with the fresh vegetables. The "moose in a bag" (desert) and the crème brulee was a super highlight. The atmosphere is very... More
