The food here is unquestionably delicious. Very authentic Italian cuisine, just like you would find in Baltimore's Little Italy (and at similar prices). Enjoy.

Just returned from our dinner in celebration of the New Year. Our dinners' presentations were beautiful, the food delicious and the service impeccable. As I stepped through the doorway, I went from the non-descript shopping center front into old world Italy. White linen tablecloths, lovely music and a serene decor surrounded me. We were offered a price of $55 for... More

i do not unsterstand the negative reviews. i have eaten at alberto's at least 10 times over the years (including last night) and have always enjoyed exceptional food and service. it is true that alberto's is more expensive than many other restaurants, especially in glen burnie, maryland. but you get what you pay for. if you want cheap and ordinary... This one has some ups and downs; the food overall was very good, service was generally good while the menu selections were mixed. The appetizer choices were lengthy; the owner stopped by and recommendedw splt 2 pasta dishes 4 ways; it was a great recommendation. The gnocci and fettucine were light, home made pasta with 2 sauces each very good.... More

I will begin by saying I have never been treated so rudely in my life , The staff including I believe the owner were very nasty and ignorant. The food was bland and not seasoned well at all. My entree was dried out and tasteless. In addition the prices are over priced to say the least for bad food and... More

We celebrated our anniversary on a Monday night so the restaurant was not crowded. The service was good if not a bit too much at times. The bread served before dinner was cold, it should have been warm. The oil and spices served with the bread was nothing special. The appetizers, calamari and stuffed mushrooms were good. My veal was... More

Like many others who wrote reviews here, we chose Trattoria Alberto as the location for a special anniversary dinner. We were aware of the higher-than-normal prices and the longer than normal waits, but figured that these were small inconveniences in exchange for quality. How deceived we were. We started with appetizers, the stuffed mushrooms and the grilled calamari; the mushrooms... More

Who would have thought there is a nice restaurant in Glen Burnie in a strip mall? This restaurant has a great wait staff, very attentive and customer service driven. I would prefer the bread served warm instead of cold. I thought the salad was just okay. The main pasta dishes were delicious though. We would go back.

Walking up to this restaurant in a strip mall made me think twice on where we were eating. Once walking inside you were transfered to Italy eating the most amazing meal. The service was incredible. Alberto himself waited on us and then two other servers took over. We were a party of 6 coworkers. We enjoyed the grilled calamari and... More

We were looking for a good place to celebrate my mother-in-law's 70th birthday party that was local for our family. Nobody in our party had never been to Trattoria Alberto before, but we had heard many good things about it. So, my mother-in-law decided that this would be the place where we would celebrate. I made the reservation originally for... More
