What can I say if you want a great milkshake and a hot dog this is a great little place. Nothing fancy just the basics but sometimes that's all you need. Practically a historical landmark. Have your order ready!

What a classic experience! I've heard about this place since I moved to Maryland in 2009 and finally tried it while my mother was visiting from out of town. I'd read some of the reviews so I took a deep breath before I opened the door. You quickly pick one of two lines and try to prepare your order in... More

This place was recommended to us but a friend of our's that grew up in Baltimore. Outstanding! Great portions, love these places anyway, but one of the best I've been to. Would return if in Baltimore!

There is NO WHERE that makes a sub or a FOOTLONG as good as Ann's! We both grew up here and grew up on Ann's. We now live in NW Florida and NO one there has any idea how to even make a Cheeseburger or Hamburger Submarine! NOT A CLUE!! The VERY first thing we do when we come home... More

The best footlongs that I've had anywhere. Ann's is small inside only a couple stools. Your best to eat outside at the pinic tables. The milk shakes are old style mixed and I never go without one when I'm stopping in. Service is fast paced and the crowd is deep. Most of the time in the summer at lunch time... More

Its not just the food, its the experience. Nothing is written down, don't dare try to use a credit card, but patrons will point you to an ATM in the corner - maybe not the staff, though - you should have read the sign! Fried hot dogs with everything, which is mustard chili and onions; milk shakes made with soft... More

I have eaten here many times over the years. There is nothing like mom's cooking and this place reminds me of that experience. I've had hotdogs in many places across the US and nothing compares to Ann's. It starts with the atmosphere when you walk through the door. You step back in time and many of the employees have been... I've been eating from this place for 40 years. The food is consistent. If you want a double dog or a cheeseburger sub, look no farther. A chocolate dip cone in the summer is a nice addition to date night.

I have been going to Ann's for about 60 years! They don't disappoint and even survived Marley Station Mall being built behind them. They refused to give up their location. Ann's is most noted for its foot longs with everything. I also love their soft serve ice cream. As one person already wrote it is truly organized chaos. If it... More

Ann's Dari Crème has been in the same location for as long as I can remember. My grandmother used to take me there when I was a wee little lad. I'm 65 now. The food is great but the service leaves something to be desired. Expect long lines and long waits around lunch time. Finding a parking space can be... More
