After waiting 30 + minutes to get menus, it was another 15 minutes to order drinks. The food arrived relatively on time, but we had to wait another 15 minutes for utensiles, that never came and had to get some from the bar and share. Obviously by that time the food was cold. The bill was another long wait (and... More

My husband and I had a very nice meal here. Sara our server was terrific and our meal delicious. Excellent selection of beers on tap as well as a nice assortment of entrees and appetizers. If we get back to this area we will return.

Spent New Years Eve at the Kitty Knight House. Food was outstanding, the crab bisque was the best I ever had and the steaks were done to perfection. The restaurant was busy due to New Years Eve but wait staff was very friendly and attentive.

My wife and I have discovered many excellent restaurants on Maryland's eastern shore, and our experience at Kitty Knight House was no exception. In fact, it was truly remarkable! The first class food, service and historic ambiance can be complemented only by the friendly and personal attention we received from our hosts, Mary and Ralph, as well as Faith, our... More

Web site was excellent advertising with a superb menu for Thanksgiving Dinner Buffet and even though it was expensive, it was an incentive for us to try this restaurant. We are senior citizens on a fixed income but we still enjoy eating in a lot of good restaurants on special occasions. Buffet was disappointing and service was terrible. The servers... More

I was here with about 20 other peopl and they managed the large group beautifully. The food was good and the umbrella kept the sun at bay.

My friends were recently married at the Kitty Knight House (KKH). We stayed at the KKH with some of the other wedding guests. Initially we were asked to provide our credit card numbers to book the rooms. All of the guests called and left messages for the event staff that included our credit card numbers. Two weeks before the wedding... More

I hate negative reviews because that means I had a bad experience. And I don't like going out for a bad experience. But in this case, there is no way to glean many positives after our nightmare at Kitty Knight. First, I'll get the obvious out of the way. You would be hard pressed to find a more beautiful spot... Dining in the off season was perfect; Good food and service and no waits. We ate there 4 times in the past week (The Granary now closed). I had crab cakes ever time and they were fantastic. The Inn is lovely, sitting on top of a hill looking out on Georgetown Harbor. One evening, there was an event going on... More
