I have been going to Acajutla for many years and I am never disappointed. The food is always freshly cooked and they have a good variety of Mexican and El Salvadorian dishes. In particular their pupusas are some of the best I have ever eaten. I am also a big fan of their chimichangas ! Our service has alway been... More

The food and the service was great. the only reason that i would not give them a 5 star is not due to the food or service. The tables were so closed to each-other that you could be involve in every conversation.

We stopped at this small family run business located in a strip mall for a quick lunch a few years ago and now make a point to visit each time we're in the area. Good food, quick service, and friendly owners. Best guacamole I've ever had! Great value for your money too!

My wife and I came here after just moving to the area. A new neighbor said he had been here before and it was nice. We found the food very good, and the margaritas refreshing. For the location it is reasonably priced. We will be making this a regular visit for the authentic Mexican and Salvadoran food.

We eat at Acajutla about 2 times per month. It is near by, food is great, and the margaritas quite good. We usually stick to fish and shrimp which are always fresh and delicious.

Where I live there are many Mexican/Salvadorean places to eat. Acajutla is okay, but nothing special. It's decently priced and the food is not too bad. My Mexican-Colombian sister--law prefers the pupusa's over other places.

Pescado Acajutla is my favorite; Aroz con Pollo is the consistent choice for my son and daughters. This is another consistently good inexpensive restaurant that is thankfully very close to home, so if no one wants to cook...Acajutla! If son is home from college - Acajutla! The shopping center looks pretty unimpressive but this is a pearl for Salvadoran -... More

I usually get a fijita - always tasty, and a nice flan for dessert. Whatever we've gotten has always been good. They have both Mexican and Salvadorean appetizers. Excellent service. Haven't been there lately - cut back on eating out due to trying to lose weight. However, used to go there a lot and wouldn't mind going back. Small but... More

We've been here many times, always returning for the food, which has always been very good. Whether more traditional Mexican dishes (burrito, enchiladas, etc.) or more Salvadorian food -- the fish and shrimp dishes are especially good, Acajutla never disappoints food-wise. This time however, service was spotty. At one point, I had to interrupt our server's txting to get her... More

I love this place. besides the typical Mexican selections, they have the best meat and fish dishes of any Hispanic resturant I have visited. A great selection of tasty dishes. I have never been disapointed. All my friends love this place too!
