Food was not the best mexican I ever had, but very good. Portions were huge. Would eat there again. Service was very good

I go there for lunch when I work on weekends. They show La Liga, mostly Real and Barcelona games. Good Salvadoran food. Try mixto from the appetizers.

I am not versed enough in "authentic" Tex-Mex and Salvadoran food to say that this is the best. All I can say is that this place is terrific. I have enjoyed every meal I have had there, which has been many. I love the pupusas revueltas as a starter. Try horchata for a refreshing beverage that is not too familiar... More

Cocktail Vuelve a la Vida is just the best. I really love this seafood mix, a delicious taste just like in Mexico. We also like Fajitas and Carne a la Parrilla.

It is worth the trip just to try their pupusas which is a stuffed bread. The cheese stuffed pupusas is the best. The soups are great too. Their chile relenos are very good. One time there was a safety issue when a questionable person entered the restaurant. Service is ok, not anything special. The other Ay Jalisco near the airpark... More

My server was grumpy and did not refilk my water despite the fact that I was the only table in the restaurant. The tacos carbon were very good but the other food was average. The saksa was fair. I am not planning on comming back.

I used to frequent Ay Jalisco all the time (like once a week). However, recently the food has not been as good. My wife's parents are both from El Salvador so I am very familiar with Salvadorean food. The papusas from Ay Jalisco can be good but are wildly inconsistent. I have had very good papusas and bad papusas here,... More

I prefer another location of Ay! Jalisco I ate this one for couple of times, in comparison to another location, the portion is less and beef is hard to chow.

Okay, just let me get his off my chest...literally the whole time I was trying to enjoy my dinner, the bus guy was eyeing my plate, just waiting to grab it the second I put my fork down. He came over 3 times, trying to take my plate when I paused. So very annoying, especially on a Friday eve after... More

Very authentic Mexican and Salvadoran food... Had really good enchiladas, Salvadoran sausages, veggie fajita and of course sopapillas. We were the only non Hispanic family in there, always a good sign. The music/karaoke was a tad loud, but all in all good value and very good food.
