Our first visit. The server was extra nice and very attentive. He guided us on how it works. The portion size might be small for most people but i think it is to make sure that you make room for dessert. The experience and food was excellent and will make sure to visit this place again.

Not impressed with the food and service for the price you pay for it. First off it is very dark in this restaurant - to the point where I had a hard time even reading my menu. Our server was friendly but seemed scatter minded and frequently forgot to bring back requested drink refills and dipper refills. We started off... More

This last visit was not the level we usually experience. The timing of the meal was way off. Service was not as accommodating as it normally is. We will go back again but it will have to be back to what we have come to expect.

Had a great time. The food was the same excellent quality. We had the Wisconsin trio (off menu) like we always do and were happy. Salads appear to be a bit smaller than I remember. We will visit again.

This is not a complex food experience. They provide some heating elements at the table, you typically have a cheese fondu followed by meat and then a desert of melted chocolate There is little chef cooking going on and for what averages at $40 -70/per person vastly over proved and over rated. They need to rethink this model and pricing.... More

Had not gone to Pot Belly's in a long time. Good was as I remembered. Not outstanding but good. I like that they heat the sandwiches.

We just had a Bachelorette party for my niece here, and the staff could not have been nicer! They had a bouquet of balloons, a box of chocolate covered strawberries, and a gift card on our table for her. We brought a bunch of decorations and they let us set up the table for the party with glitter, necklaces, masks.... More

Last year my family and I went to celebrate a birthday and it was great. This year was definitely different. The food was good but the service was a step down. Even the manager, who said he would bring a refill on veggies forgot us! We were in the back, but there were others close by. Would not recommend.

This is the go-to birthday choice for my kids. We come twice a year. As I said a year ago, this place continues to disappoint me. Let's start with the cost. It is very pricey. Even when trying to include a "kids meal", if you choose to try cheese, meats and dessert, it quickly gets into the hundreds of dollars.... More

I thought this would be a restaurant to dip some things Into a bowl of melted cheese but that is just the starter, you actually can cook small pieces of meat on a skewer for a couple of minutes too this is your meal. Would have preferred more of the cheese but was very satisfied when finished with a fondué... More
