Great place for crab

We were passing thru Elkton Md on our way to NY and spent the nite - our motel keeper suggested Micks just down the street on Pulaski Highway - we are so glad he did! The service was friendly and efficient and the food fresh and yummy! I had the Maryland crab soup which was delicious and 1/2 lb... read more

It was a rainy Saturday and hankering for some crustaceans...so we jumped in the car and drove an hour and 15 minutes to Mick's! Smart move. Crabs were nice size and meaty. Our server was very attentive and kept the crabs coming! We usually buy a 1/2 bushel and cook our own. It was so nice NOT to have to... More

I like the all you can eat crab concept. I didn't expect the crabs to be so small though, so the work became tedious and tiring after the 2nd round. They serve fries as a filler but I didn't eat them. I probably won't revisit due to the small size versus the price.

I called the restaurant regarding an charge on my credit card bill. The manager never called me back so I had to call the manager back myself two weeks later. He was very rude, and confrontational. I told him that I misplaced my receipt but I have a bank statement proving my charge. He told me that it wasn't enough... More

Well worth going to enjoy the All You Can Eat, but dont think these were MD crabs. Anyhow, fairly good tasting small to medium- sized crabs. WIshed they served corn on the cob instead of french fries, though. $26 per person was a really good price for endless crabs for 2 hours. Service was good too. Would go again.

Mick's is an excellent place for last minute craving for crabs. Have been dinjng on crabs here for about 2 years now. The crabs right now are scarce and Mick's have crabs from the Carolinas and Louisiana. We opt for the all you can eat. The crabs at times are small but can be meaty. Funny how your first tray... Micks isn't horrible. We liked the old crab house feel, and the waitress was nice, but the crabs were really small. They didn't even have Large Crabs as an option. That, however, could be a product of crabs being scarce in this area. So we would go again if the environmental conditions improved that we could make a fair assessment.

On short notice my family threw together a cook out today. I wanted some crabs so I called Micks. They had my 4 dozen crabs ready in less then 30 minutes!!! Not only was it quick and a great price , they were absolutely the best crabs I've had, and I consider myself a crab eater. Highly recommended, and I... More
