A taste of Germany

We just spent two weeks in Germany. Coming here was a quick trip back. The food is good, the service quick. Our food was out very fast. Enjoy the food. I got the pork shank and the meat fell off the bone. The apple strudel for desert is wonderful.

This was most of my parties first time in a German Resturaunt, so they knew nothing about the menu. The waitress explained the menu in amazing detail, and made some reccomedations. The food was incredible, as was the Bier, the double Bach is amazing, and served at the right temperature for a German Bier. The deserts just fished off a... More

We went on a Saturday night. The accordion player was making the outdoor patio lively for all ages! The food was very good including the sauerbraten gravy j used for my fries. The deep fried pickles were food and the BLT was tasty as the cure their own bacon. Service was ok to good. Not very attentive as we ran... More

Less than good both the food and ambiance! The prices high the selection is Exotic! Give a try. It is a unique experience. Personally I limited my direct 1st person to (1) time ONLY. Prices HIGH. I wouldn't do it again!

We have been here several times over the years. It is difficult to find authentic German food so we try to stop whenever we visit the Annapolis area. We started we the cheese spatzel which was homemade spatzel with a mild muenster cheese, ham and leeks. It was a very tasty starter. For entrees my husband had a wurst platte... More

Couples evening to drive an hour to try the Ild Stein Inn for our first time. Worth the drive! As a matter of record in our group were a born and bred German, a German- American who was raised in Germany, and two former military who've lived and served in Germany. Needless to say we're harsh critics of German food.... More

We stopped in here on a Wednesday for dinner around 7pm. Had a great meal and great service. Would recommend to anyone! On peace nights I would make a reservation.

Recently enjoyed a delectable meal of authentic German cuisine. Two members of our party have traveled extensively through Germany and one was born there and lived there for many years. This is the same experience you would have in a Biergarten in Germany. The beer selection is broad and caters to the light Pilsner lovers as well as much darker... More

Most authentic German food we have found inn the states. We lived in the Mainz/Wiesbaden area for 5+ years, this was like going home. The food was great, jagerschnitzels with spaetzle & red cabbage. Menu included haxe, wursts, bratens and cedar plank salmon. All will be tried on future visits. I said I'd love to have a radler, so I... More

We go to Old Stein Inn a few times each year for great German food! I tend to stick with a few things on the menu that I've continued to enjoy over the years each time we go. It's a great atmosphere and the wait staff is professional and knowledgeable of the food. It is a little pricier than your... More
