I have been here twice thin the past few months and each time I was impressed with the service and the menu. Chef seems to come up with an imaginative menu with fresh and local ingredients. The wine list is also excellent and fairly priced. In an area with many good restaurants, Out of the Fire is a stand out.

Returned this weekend after not dining here in awhile. Still a great place and one of the best in Easton. The owner (Amy) is always present and helpful with ordering and wine selections. Great seasonal specials, often locally sourced. Well trained, experienced wait staff and kitchen. Will return more often now that we have been reminded what a gem this... More

Just a casual night that we wanted to be nice with our neighbor. Went here for the pizza, wine, and beer. The pizza special was great. Added the mushroom pizza as well. Service is always top notch and we could make a reservation using opentable.

I love Out of the Fire. The food is superb. It is fresh and often local. My husband and I love to sit at the bar and talk with the chefs while they prepare the food. The menu is always changing and is always impressive. I often will get the pizza as the choices are so interesting and flavorful. I... More

My husband and I frequent Out of the Fire, nearly weekly. We are continuously surprised, pleased and satisfied by the array of delicious, fresh and mostly local, organic food served; the talent of the chef and others in the kitchen; and the friendliness and professionalism of the wait staff. What a pleasure to have this restaurant in Easton.

We went to this restaurant for a meal during our first kid free weekend in a long time. With high expectations, I thought this place basically met them. Atmosphere was fun, busy, but not crazy. Service was good. Food was excellent. Food portions were a bit too small for the price category but I can forgive that since at least... More

We have been coming here for the last four years on our annual bicycling trip. Have always enjoyed our dining adventures here. I really enjoy the many unique combinations that they use up and down their menu. There were two standouts on out last trip - grilled squid, mussels- these were not prepared with the usual ingredients and were outstanding... More

Met some local friends here for dinner. The decor is colorful and comfortable but an oddly-shaped space. We started with the tomato and red pepper soup, which was fresh and delicious. The heirloom tomato salad was excellent. The tomatoes were locally grown and perfectly seasoned. I very much enjoyed the kale/quinoa salad. Several had the trout and said it was... More

The service was pretty slow. Our drinks an food were too expensive to be that bad. The portions were way too small for the price. I kept thinking "is this some kind of joke?" The food took almost an hour to come out. The atmosphere was stuffy and comical; if you're paying that much, you'd think they'd have some classier... More

This resturant was filled with local art and had a cozy feel from the moment we walked in. The lunch menu was varied - from hangar steak to kale salad. Everyone was incredibly nice with great service. Our group had the blackened - citrus shrimp salad with corn, olives and strawberries; turkey/brie -applewood bacon sandwich; and quinoa/kale salad. Dessert was... More
