Out of the Fire was recommended to us by Bob at Black Walnut Point Inn (reviewed by me separately). Thanks for that Bob!!! Easton is a quaint little old town with beautiful shops. We spent some time strolling around and ended the day with an early dinner at Out of the Fire. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, providing a cozy... More

Incredibly delicious and interesting menu. I had quinoa and kale salad with almonds and cranberries, shrimp with spinach and cheddar grits with Tabasco, and cappuccino creme brûlée to finish. It was fantastic! Best in Easton!

We stopped in for a late dinner and were surprised at how big the place is and how full it still was. We were seated in low, couch like chairs which were comfortable but a little low for the table. I accepted an extra cushion when offered and was more comfortable. Our server, Paige, took great care of us, spending... More

"Out of the Fire" is no longer Easton's best kept secret. This innovative restaurant which uses local farmers' produce - one often sees the owner, Amy Haines, buying at the local Farmers' Market - has been a mainstay of Easton for a number of years now. Those of us who have been frequenting it since its inception applaud its continued,... More

Kind of funny -- I've been walking by here for years on our trips to the Eastern Shore because it's right across from my favorite store, Due East. I kept thinking from the name "Out of the Fire" that it was a pottery store. Glad I finally ventured in because it's very good. The smells coming from the pizza oven... More

This is a local place that is fabulous. You can have gourmet pizza or fabulous main courses. The owner gives back and truly cares about quality and the community.

This was our second visit to Easton's Out of the Fire and we were just as pleased this time as we were last year when we visited. We ordered two different pizzas. The prosciutto, fig and goat pizza is the best pizza we've ever had. We would return just for that pizza. And the pizza crust is as good as... More
