This is a chef-owned, one off, charming little Italian place. Very accommodating. Food is delicious. On same or bit lower price level as Bartlett Pear or Masons which are also good and right downtown. Fresh rockfish was $28.50. Forget about "no substitutions" as this crew just wants to serve you what you want to eat. Try a couple wines, switch... More

Although this restaurant has been around a long time, the pasta dishes we sampled were unexceptional and bland. Service was good and friendly.

My husband and I dined here while staying in Easton for a couple of days. Overall we enjoyed our meal here. I had the risotto special which was fresh corn and Italian sausage. It was nicely prepared and had great flavor. My husband had the gnocchi with Gorgonzola sauce. It was very "gorgonaola-ey" but he felt a little one-dimensional. The... More

The food is was well prepared and very fresh. The interior is pretty but can be a bit noisy. I'm not a big person but have consistently felt their portions are on the small side which is the reason I didn't give this restaurant an excellent rating.

Scossa allowed us to enjoy a beautiful summer evening, dining on their front patio. The service was impeccable and the food divine. I usually like my soft crabs naked, but Scossa had them covered with a light tomato sauce that complimented the crab without disguising their flavor. My husband's ravioli was stuffed with spinach and ricotta and was advertised with... More

This is the second time we tried this place. The first was a year ago. I recall it being great last year and it was great again this year. We sat outside in front of the restaurant for dinner. It is a nice atmosphere inside or out. We began sharing appetizers - fried calamari, which was very good, and a... More

My husband and I had dinner at Scossa's last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the beet salad with asparagus and goat cheese and it was delicious as was my husband's calamari - perfectly cooked served with a dipping sauce that had just the right amount of spice to it. Our entrees were also excellent. We agreed that the... More

We had a large group and they were very accommodating. However, the service and food were a little disappointing. I realize the servers were trying to get to everyone in a timely manner, but one was almost rude a couple of times. The presentation of the food was done well, but the taste was okay, not outstanding. We had a... More
