Coffee is terrific!

If you are looking for a great cup of coffee and nothing fancy, this is your kind of place. Pastries were a little dry, but the coffee was worth the nearly mile long walk from where we stayed!

Great coffee. Extremely friendly service (like they love to work here!). Great coffee. Excellent salmon and capers bagel made outside in the food truck. Did I mention the great coffee? And a decent breakfast sandwich on a crumbly homemade biscuit. And get some packaged coffee to go..... All this makes a great start for one's day.

Drive to the converted gas station coffee roaster location and get a cup of "java", grab a stool and watch the beans in the roaster...along with the next door trolley (Madd Eggs) for a warm salmon, caper, cream cheese and onion on a toasted bagel. Um, Um, good! You can buy a bag of their beans to go, but at... More

You'd be justified in thinking you're in for quite a treat here. They take their coffee verrrry seriously, and on the day I walked in, a group was in the roasting area, learning about coffee. Good. But my God, the cappuccino I had did not even rise to the level of mediocrity: one-dimensional, slightly bitter, really awful. I left with... More

My wife comes here often for quick cup of java or a bag of beans for home. The atmosphere is great and the ace stays busy!! The aromas are intoxicating and the staff is very friendly!!

I've been here several times and on a few occasions I've tried something from the pastry case; usually a muffin of a scone. Even though I'm here in the morning, the pastries are always dried out. They look great but I won't be ordering them again; just my tea.

Great little place with their own fresh ground coffee. Some good breakfast sandwiches. The lines get long on workday mornings but it moves along quickly. Great addition to Easton.

My boyfriend and I just discovered Ruse Up and we have been back 3 times in the last 2 weeks! Not only is the coffee fair trade and organic, but the prices are good, the coffee tastes great (smooth, not acidic), and their breakfast burritos are the best I've ever had. The staff are super friendly as well. This place... More

Totally discovered. Line out the door Sunday am. Worth the wait. Better and less expensive than Starbucks. Close to great restaurants in downtown Easton. The secret is they roast the coffee right there. If you are heading to or from Ocean City or other shore points, this is a great spot to take a break. Gas nearby, too. Half hour... More

This roaster has a wonderful retail operation on Dover Road just off Route 50. It is terrrific coffee roasted there and served on the easter shore. Well worth the brief detour on a boring ride to or from the beach. The baked goods are fresh and worth having with your coffee. Don't miss this.
