A friend told me to order a hamburger for lunch. It was really good. We had a group of eight and those who ordered hamburgers were very pleased. The service was very good.

This place is a real gem in Easton. Kind-of hidden, but worth the find. We enjoyed a lobster salad, French onion soup and a beef sandwich. The soup has got to be the best French onion soup I've ever tasted! Hunks of beef brisket and real Gruyer cheese....amazing. Nice bar. Just plain a really great place. Small inside, but looks like... I've been eating here since Brightwell's opened and in all this time I finally got a meal that was absolutely epic. Tonight, they debuted a new menu item, venison stew. I don't think I have command of the English language to express how good this was. Besides being the coldest night in over a year, I can't think of a... More

Love this place, great food, imaginative menu and very friendly service. Fun place to meet folks after work for a drink too. Try the pork chop!

It was an early Sunday evening so was not busy yet and that gave the chefs in the open kitchen plenty of time to pay careful attention to our appetizers and entrees - each one and each part of each one special and delicious - and ask my wife - it's pretty rare I give rave reviews let alone come... Great, lively bistro in the heart of Easton. Only a few blocks away from the historic downtown part of Easton, Brasserie Brightwell features superb grilled entrees from their woodburning grill, superb beer and bar selections, and fantastic shellfish from their raw bar. The lively atmosphere, great service, and great interior make for a really fun evening.

Their outside patio was really nice, the menu interesting and extensive however the food we tried was just ok. Service pleasant but it took nearly 40 minutes for appetizers to arrive. The meatballs were very dry. If we return I might try a burger as the table next to me had one that looked really good.

Great restaurant with friendly staff, wonderful energy and absolutely delicious food. Drinks were very reasonably priced at $ 8 each. Would go back again in a heartbeat.
