Comfortably sophisticated, Mason's has earned its reputation as one of the region's finest restaurants since our debut in 1966, and is now under the ownership of Rob and Caroline Pascal.. Chef David Hayes' elegant menu celebrates classic cuisine, polished with rich, French influences. Starting in April, we will be adding Sunday Brunch to our hours. At Mason's, summertime means starry evenings in our garden courtyard, gently dazzling with twinkling lights and fragrant Eastern Shore breezes. Come fall, our refined comfort food is best enjoyed fireside in the crimson dining room or at the casually elegant mahogany bar. But don't let the seasons dictate when your love affair with us begins-or continues. It's our dream for guests to make dining with us a year-round tradition.

We drove from Washington DC to meet friends from overseas in this friendly restaurant where traditional dishes are prepared with a modern twist but keeping its essence. Service, both at the bar (with David, who makes a wonderful salty dog and peartini) and the welcoming waitresses made this Sunday brunch experience a delight. Looking forward to another visit, and maybe... More

Wonderful service and a quiet, relaxed setting for a nice birthday dinner. Had eaten, and enjoyed, eating there for lunch and now this was a lovely experience for dinner. Waitress very helpful and accommodating.

Mason's is a very attractive restaurant located on a main street in Easton. The service is friendly and efficient. For appetizers we ordered their Oysters 2 ways which consisted of 3 Oysters prepared Rockefeller style and 3 Oysters which were raw. They were really delicious. For our main course we ordered a special of the day which was shrimp and... More

I went with friends during Restaurant week in Easton. This was the first time I had been there since the new ownership. Food was very good - high quality - high prices. This used to be one of those go often, could be relied on, simple and well priced menu. Not the case any more. Even though it's good -... More

Sharon, thank you for visiting our restaurant and your feed back. We are currently looking to re-engineer our menus to provide the affordable options as well as the higher end/high quality items that are currently on the menu. Of course, coming into season for fresh vegetables and locally sourced items will help us in this improvement as well. Certainly stop... More

Had a few business lunches at Mason's when I was working in Easton. Great sandwiches. I especially enjoy the "Forgedda'Bout It!" Arrive early for the closest parking & quickest service.

We had the two specials of the night: crab cakes and sea bass. They were both good but not great. The ambiance was set up like a French restaurant ( complete with the French posters), however the music was 60's and 70's ( Carole King songs, Spirit in the Sky, etc). The music just didn't go with the place. We... More

was in last week with a coworkers from easton memorial. it's our favorite place in town for a relaxing lunch. nancy was our waitress and she made our dining experience even better. I had a burger and my coworkers both had great looking BLT salads. my burger was outstanding as was the bread pudding. will be back again soon!

The restaurant has recently changed hands but continues to offer an outstanding selection of meals both for lunch and dinner. The service is also excellent. The quality, quantity and price are all amongst the best in the Town of Easton. Whether you are a local or a visitor it is one of the restaurants that should be on your must... More
